The breakfast was a nice surprise. Good coffee, much better variety of food than I expected. Disappointed the only plain creamer was only Creamo, not real dairy. Toaster very slow. Still I would recommend the hotel/breakfast as a convenient and decent deal. Desk staff courteous and friendly. Definitely an asset.Ekte lovely person Hotel seemed clean. Bed was too soft. Air conditioner too high, too noisy and desk said they couldn’t help turn it down. Made it hard for my sister to sleep.

I've stayed in a lot of hotels over the years and the Continental breakfast was unappetizing. However, my stay at the Holiday inn was phenomenal and I went back for seconds every day for my 3-day stay. It was warm and they even had a fresh pancake maker!!

My only complaint is there should be bathing suit hooks/bars in the bathtub so water doesn't go all over the floor using the shower curtain rod.

The place was clean. The room was comfy, the staff was very friendly. I also liked the patio area that you had your own like smoking area. The breakfast was pretty good for a continental breakfast. The location and especially the extreme bar, and Grill was very convenient. The pizza there was so delicious.

What could’ve been better is that the counter staff would’ve understood what I was doing with my debit/credit card and not charged me for my second night there on two different cards. This created a major problem with my bank account.

Yes there is renovation going on. The lobby and 1st floor had busy work going on. Floor 2 rooms had already been updated , along with the hallway. Rooms were very comfortable; as were the beds. The swimming pool was great fun for us. Breakfast impressive with selections. Most of all - the staff; from front desk area to breakfast to housekeeping to the work crew doing the remodeling.

The beds were comfortable and came with a good amount of pillows. The staff were all incredibly friendly and accommodating and I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable the rollaway cot was as well.

Breakfast was fine, coffee was not great but typical hotel coffee. The rooms were comfortable and reasonably clean but the bathroom had clearly not been scrubbed in a while, not sure the floors had been cleaned that well either.

It was quiet, no talking in the hallway or door slamming shut. Breakfast was Great had very good selection and the hours it was open was very good. 6:00am it opened up and lasted till 9:00. Check out was at 12:00

The room door did not lock just by closing, had to pull hard a couple of times to get it to latch and lock. Told the front desk when we were checking out and they said they would have maintenance fix it. They were glad that we told them.

I booked a single king bed but upon check in they gave me a double queen room. The front desk said there was no more king bed available and couldn’t help me. I was disappointed that I didn’t get what I paid for and had to make what I got work. In the future I will not be using your site to book any hotels due to this issue I encountered.

Good location close to restaurants and lots of things to do with kids. The pool was small but well maintained and the staff was very friendly. The property is under renovation, which we were told ahead of time, so I'm sure the outdated room will be much nicer when it is finished. The breakfast was good with lots of variety. We'll stay there again.

Convenient location in Bellingham, not too close to the I5 freeway. Breakfast was great. Even though our room faced the busy street, it was quiet during the night.

When we booked we asked for a quiet room and they did not meet this request, giving us a room on the busy street side of the property, nearly above the hotel entrance. Tried to switch rooms but they said the hotel was full.
