Location was excellent. Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Bellis Fair is within walking distance. Easy to drive to and close to the freeway. Despite being close to the freeway, we couldn’t hear any noise from it. Hot tub was lovely after a full day of mountain biking. Good basic continental breakfast with a few different options including scrambled eggs, waffles, sausages, toast, cereal, etc.

Room is slightly beat up and in need of some TLC but remains functional. Bed was a 3/5. Still had a comfortable sleep but ended up being pushed into the middle towards my SO.

The king suite room was huge and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom had been recently updated. The hotel is divided into 3 buildings so it felt smaller and less noisy than a large hotel. Breakfast was okay, a basic continental plus scrambled eggs and sausage. The location is easy to get to a short drive from everything. Staff were great.

The hot tub jets barely worked, it was more like a big bathtub. The exterior doors to each floor are keylocked at night, but the doors don't latch easily so it felt less secure.

I chose this hotel based on the price and i was expecting the bare minimum. It really exceeded my expectations! The staff I encountered were helpful and friendly. The room was extremely comfortable and the breakfast was very good. I was concerned about it being so close to the freeway and worried about the road noise. But the windows were well insulated and the room was quiet. It is not a fancy hotel but it's an excellent value.

It's hard to come up with negatives based on my stay. The two things that were even mildly disappointing were 1) the location isn't ideal with it located between the freeway and a strip mall and 2) they ran out of oatmeal at breakfast. But, again, these classify as disappointments and not problems.

Kind and resourceful desk staff. Manager was adequate. My 1st room needs a update and was a bit worn. Room 303 near stairs. Hard to clean as well. My room the next 2 nites was the suite. Totally clean, newer, less used.

TV didn't work at all in 303. Staff tried to help. Manager did nothing as even a small credit.

It was a great getaway for us . We've been at this property four times and that's a blessing. We appreciated the fact that there was a breakfast. We also like that we could see our cars from the window.

Eggs and sausage were overcooked. Loud domestic violence in the hallway at 2:00 a.m. The police were called and it took a while to get back to sleep.

The Staff were welcoming and the room was nice. The breakfast was a big plus with good food and not running out like some. The grounds were well looked after and we never used the Pool and Spa but it looked nice.

Loved how it was separated into 3 small units, not just one big building. Really comfy bed and pillows! Room was clean and cozy. Pet friendly. Staff was so nice. Breakfast was great

The only negative I have, is although the breakfast was wonderful, the attendant was so rude. Very unfriendly and watched everyone like they were all stealing

Very clean and simple. I always hate the showers but this time it was ok. Beds were good. And breakfast fed my boys. We'll be back!

Hmmm nothing? Maybe bacon would have been good? And water on the tables? OH NO OUTLETS TO PLUG IN CHARGERS there was a power strip but it wasn't close to the bed.....that was annoying. But I rallied

The Heritage is close to the freeway access, which is very nice. Once you go into your room and close the door, you don’t hear traffic or any other noise. The rooms at the heritage are exceptionally quiet and comfortable. I will definitely use them again, but I will never booked through you again.

I did not like that the heritage was forced to call me while I was end route and tell me that hotel.com/booking.com had not cut a check for my stately. I checked my account at my bank and I had paid. I tried contacting booking.com/hotelcard.com for three days and always during the question answering. I was told that there was some problem with the connection and I was told to call back later. booking.com took no information from me. You all are never have to bother with my business again. If I was not having tests with my heart and future surgeries, I would come after you. But right now I cannot put that kind of stress on myself. You win. Shame on you.
