Our room was very clean. Our only complaint was when they refreshed our room they did not leave us any towels so we had to go to the front desk to get clean ones as there was no one available to send clean towels to our room.

One of the front desk staff was assisting my husband with directions as we do not know the city. The General Manager rudely interrupted his conversation, was very condescending and was very loud. He did not enquire as to why the young lady was help us just that he was the GM and making his voice heard all over the lobby. Not sure if he was trying to impress the lady with him or what but his customer service techniques need a lot of improvement. Other than that our stay was good.

Hotel is nice. Staff are helpful. Rooms are clean and the temperature in room was good. Pool is small but was still nice to climb into to get cooled off in the heat wave we were having.

Bathrooms Taps are reversed in the room we stayed in. Pulling towards you is piping hot and pushing away is cold; which is 100% reverse of standard plumbing. Standard plumbing for faucets is you pull and it's cold you push and it's hot.

This was the second time my wife and I stayed here. This time our experience was so much better than last year. The room was clean, there was no visible signs of damage. We really enjoyed our stay this year and we look forward to staying here again in the future.

At night time, only 1 of 2 elevators was working. there were so many people that we decided to walk up the stairs. At 4 am, the room above us had a lot of thumping happening.

The air conditioning system was not working correctly room was so hot. When asking where the ice machines were we were told they were on two and six so we stopped off on floor two and only to find out the sign on there. It said out an order go to floor 6. Would have been nice if the front desk would have been aware of that

The hotel was much nicer than we'd expected. Since it was near Christmas, they had great Christmas decorations. The Denny's downstairs was much nicer than the Denny's in the US. All staff was friendly in the hotel and restaurant. The hotel is by the freeway, but it was very quiet. We very much enjoyed our stay. The room and bed were both big, and the bathroom was nice. Everything, the lobby, rooms and outside, were all clean.

We got there a bit early had to wait a short while the place had a nice lobby with big screen TVs. Even though we did not get the room we booked we got on that was just as nice.

The room we did get was nice but is was a bit smaller then the one we booked. my wife has a disability scooter and it was a bit tight to get it in and out of the room.

Breakfast at Denny’s was great. Location was perfect as was only a 3 minute walk to the Mall.

Hottub wasn’t working and steps leading into the pool were not safe. Bathroom didn’t have a bathtub!

The suite was perfect for our needs. The staff were very good. Especially the young man who checked us in. We asked for extra towels and they arrived at our door in minutes.

The noise from the a/c and especially the highway. Abbotsford sounded like NYC in the middle of the night with traffic and sirens etc. We will ask for a better location in the building next stay.

The room was large and clean, and the staff was very friendly. The location was excellent, and it was very good value for the price. I would stay here again. Checkout was fast and friendly and there were many restaurant and coffee shop options nearby.

One of the best beds we have slept in our entire holiday throughout US!! The suites are awesome! Perfect sizing has all the necessities, great value for their pricing! Wish we had locked in another night but they were sold out, definitely recommend!!
