There was no breakfast that I'm aware of? I went to Moxies, the restaurant attached to the hotel. I really liked the early morning coffee in the lobby. I liked that there were real glass glasses in the rooms, and comfortable beds and wonderful pillows. I loved the bathtub. I loved how quiet (It's right on the freeway - I was worried about the noise but it was quiet!) I loved that I could open my window. I hate "canned" air. I was in Langley because my son and his partner were having my first grandchild. The front desk staff were so sweet and congratulatory when I came in at 2am from the hospital. So lovely!!

I wish I had been told when I checked in that there was room service from Moxies. On day two I saw the upside down notice in my room. I wish I had a robe? I saw a lady wearing one and didn't realize I could have one, but I never asked so it obviously wasn't a big deal. I really don't have any other complaints! Everything was good, and in fact exceeded my expectations for the price.

I love the facilities and the staff. The food at Moxie's is great, and the room service is excellent. The rooms are quite nice, and the washrooms are lovely as well. The only area that could use some improvement is the Wi-Fi coverage in the rooms. Other than that, I have no complaints. It's a great place to stay in Langley!

It was very close to the events we were in Langley for, as well as an event held at the hotel. Beds were comfortable and since we were traveling for a dog event it was great that it was dog friendly.

The tub looked like maybe it had been missed in the cleaning before we arrived. The room wasn't fully restocked when we requested it the couple of times during our stay.

The room was newly renovated and beautiful!!! Breakfast was wonderful! Attendants were fantastic.

The room was newly renovated and beautiful!!! … but my daughters bed made a loud sound every time she moved… (possibly the wood in the box spring) and it woke me up every time she moved. I didn’t sleep well because of that. Libby was run down looking, assuming that still to be updated. Only one clerk to check in, so it was a long wait.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, great all around service! Mattresses gave us the best night’s sleep in a hotel that we’ve ever had, and no noisy heaters or fans kicking on in the middle of the night. Very little hall noise. Great location for visiting Langley Events Centre.

TV was a little small for the size of the room.

The air conditioner in our room was a bit small for the size of the room. It never really got cool enough.

The bed was amazing and the complimentary upgrade really made our stay fantastic!

The TV remote was a bit basic and did not have the option to directly find the guide or go to channels quickly. Lighting in the bathroom was quite dark and there was no mirrors in the room with windows, which would have helped with getting ready/makeup etc.

Nothing and if I was to add one thing, it would be to have yogurt and fruit at the coffee area from 6 to 9 (fruit as in apples and bananas - nothing cut up and fancy - just a bit of a snack. Maybe BC apples and Canadian yogurt…

Staff were very friendly. We somehow were given a room upgrade to a suite which was very spacious and comfortable.

Parking spaces were a bit tight and limited but it was Saturday night. Mattress was softer than I like but I still slept well.

It was a suite with a full kitchen which was what we booked and needed. However, when we stocked all our frozen and cold groceries into the refrigerator, all of our food spoiled because the refrigerator did not work. It never reached a cool temperature. The cooling and heating systems in the suite itself were also in need of repair. One other point of contention is when we checked into the hotel, we were assigned a room that had not been serviced yet. Our reassigned room was next to the elevator. Fortunately, it was quieter than we expected.
