If I could move into one of the suites, I would. It's a perfect space. I'd consider it my "dream home" as far as apartments go. I've been looking for a new place to live, and nothing's come close to this. Very upsetting I can't find a home as nice. lol I always appreciate a hotel that has a selection of snacks and sundries that you can grab if needed.

Elevators are a bit clunky and slow, but honestly not an issue. The knives in the kitchen were pretty flimsy as well and I worried it would break or I'd cut myself, but. Also not an issue. Can't complain when you get a whole kitchen!

I liked that the room was actually a suite with a separate bedroom. We travelled with an infant and we were able to get her to bed as part of her routine schedule, but still be able to utilize the living room and kitchen without waking up the baby:)

Was a little disappointed that there was no restaurant on site or room service available. We were able to put together some breakfast and lunch in the room though thanks to the kitchen facilities in the room.

We enjoyed our stay very much. We had everything we needed: the kitchen equipment, the hairdryer, the iron... There was even a washing machine and a clothes dryer. The view from the suite was amazing and the staff very helpful and polite. Big thanks to Joel for the suite he chose for us and his excellent work. We received complimentary muffins and coffee for breakfast, which was very nice. We certainly want to return there in the future.

They did a great job on the renovation, love the colors, rooms look way better than before

As a woodworker for over 30 years I don't think the coffee and end table won't last long the quality of the table's feel cheap, better off having glass top or they would have to replace it every year..my opinion

Staff (Nita?) was an absolute sweetheart and a delight to work with. The rooms, even un-renovated, are beautiful. Very comfortable, feels like "home". I would genuinely live in one of these kitchen suites...

My ONLY complaint; the pillows aren't terribly comfortable.

Spacious room with separate full kitchenette and wonderful city view provided us with enjoyable stay during the fast 4 days stay. Thanks a lot for kind help and support from the front desk. Mary, Front Desk Manager, Manject and other front desk team as well as house keeping team were great and very helpful. We really appreciate all support and assistance. Glad to be back sandman Hotel in Surrey and highly recommended!

The staff were exceptional and went above and beyond for our family. They were really patient and friendly with my kids at check in. My son played with the phone in a way where they couldn't hear him well and they made a point of checking on us to see if we were ok. They were very kind and respectful of the whole situation. We were gifted extra snacks as well. The room was very comfortable as well. My boys and I had an excellent stay!!

I absolutely staying at this hotel. I've stayed here over 100 times. It's always my first option when traveling to the mainland. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and nicely decorated. It's my home away from home. 10/10 would recommend.

The size of the suite was bigger than expected. Being on the 12th floor with the view was fantastic. It was nice and close to amenities (walking distance)

The building itself is aged. It would have been nice to have a pool. I realize there is a community pool available close but with covid and reserving one in the hotel would have been great.

I was able to get an early check in which really helped out as I needed a place to work from for the day. The person that took my call the night before asking about early check in followed up the next day when they started which was great customer service!
