After flying in to Vancouver and picking up a rental car it was late when we arrived and so it was great having someone at Reception. They were able to direct us to some food outlets a short walk away, still open around 10.30pm. Big comfortable room, great breakfast included in the price. Easy to get on the road next day heading to the Rockies.

Everything was great and well worth the price. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall service was excellent. The complimentary breakfast made it even more worthwhile tasty and convenient. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to the highway. Highly recommended!

The second room was wonderful. Comfy beds and pillows. The breakfast was amazing.

The first room had a drawer that wasn't emptied from a previous guest. The drawer had needles, tubing, rubber gloves, blister packs, of liquid, and more. I contacted the front desk, and we were immediately moved to another room. Mistakes happen, and the staff corrected the issue very promptly.

The hotel is located in a convenient location, the breakfasts were tasty and plentiful, the staff were friendly and helpful in all situations, the room was clean and comfortable, the beds were comfy and warm, and I was very impressed as this was my 2nd visit. I will be staying here more often!

The room was clean and staff at the reception was really nice. Check in process was very easy and fast. Breakfast was good but we stayed at same hotel in US, I saw more variety in breakfast there.

Pool was too crowded with teenage girls. Such a loud noise and we could not even go to the pool .

Continental breakfast was very good. The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable and in great condition. Friendly staff provided good information for destination and food.

Signage on the road before the turn into the parking lot would be helpful.

Convenient and friendly staff, felt welcomed right away. Great hot breakfast and leisure pool. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and well stocked.

The breakfast was yummy, the bed was comfy and rules of 10pm-8am were followed, other guests were friendly and excited, location was not far from Guildford Mall and restaurants. It was also very clean and tidy.

Location was convenient and close to the main highway.

Other guests were very loud until late in the night. I let the front desk know, they said they would talk to them but not much was done . The other guests kept letting their door slam on the door stop until close to midnight.

Very nice & clean beautiful setting lots of trees & bit of forest very nice room clean & comfortable with bathroom amenities, breakfast was really good both hot & cold choices plus gluten free
