I appreciated a pet-friendly room that was on the ground floor and had two queen beds instead of one. And I particularly liked flooring that is NOT carpeted. Breakfast was off the lobby area. The food was the usual hotel breakfast cuisine. It's nice to see hotels using wood utensils instead of plastic. Great location - the Costco is just a few blocks away, and so close to the Sumas border crossing.

The bathroom shower stall was a bit dinged up. And there was a bit of mold here and there. There were mosquitoes, but that is to be expected given the time of the year.

Every staff I saw was genuinely happy to be working there so it felt friendly like home! Clean and spacious and best price in the entire lower mainland really. No stress and problems like other horrible places we’ve stayed at. Endless cold ice water and coffee in the lobby!!!!

The continental breakfast was simple and small which was ok but the pre-made waffles were always super dark toasted and barely warm. No peanut butter which was odd. Instead of just a few apples, I would have liked to see maybe some bananas too? BUT grateful for free breakfast all the same and nothing ever ran out!

the breakfast was terrible. I would prefer a $5.00 McDonalds gift certificate No muffins, no bagels, bread and some type of dried up pkg. waffles . No butter only Margarine. Apples. Very surprised at the low level of the breakfast.

Nice size room and quiet as well friendly front staff (evening).

Found it unacceptable at breakfast....coffee empty and when told and it was brewed they did not replace it on the dispenser...someone staying there lifted it on.... as well did not once wipe the tables as people left as they were too busy looking at devices!!!!!

when I went out for the day when I got back I had to go both times to the front desk because my key didn't work.. Also maybe for people that can't figure out how the shower works just have the diagram of how it works put into each of the rooms.

This hotel was better than expected, easy to get to, good location and close to shopping and major transport routes and the staff were lovely. We had a big room which was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was included and was a bonus for us. It offered a good basic breakfast with great coffee on tap.

Wifi was not good, kept dropping in an out.

Staff were very polite and friendly. Check in and check out was smooth. Beds were huge, consisting of a king bed and a queen bed, sufficient for a family of 5. Our room was located at level 1 near inside the main building, which I felt was safe and secure. We visited the heated pool, it looked very clean. However we didn't use the facilities. The location is great. There are many eateries around, tim houtons and burger king are located right in front of the hotel. The price of a night stay was very reasonable.

Breakfast could be improved. It will be great if omelettes can be provided.

not a lot of selection for breakfast and food did not generally look appealing; they were still setting out the breakfast mainstays at 6:20 am - in the end, we only tried the breakfast on the first day of our stay

This location is close to the US/Canada border crossing, a big plus. Close to a great selection of restaurants. The staff was great, the front desk changed us to a more accessible room when I walked in with crutches. Good customer service.

The breakfast waffles could have been better. Coffee was good . The swimming pool is a very big plus after a long drive

The place was clean. An experience with a different hotel caused me to purchase a black light for inspecting hotel cleanliness. This hotel was very clean. Bedding, floors, bathroom, etc.. I did not have much interaction with staff, but what I did have was good.

The wifi ( ????or perhaps it was my device????) was sporadic at best.
