As expected when I booked. Not perfect, but quite acceptable. Plus the "Coast" chain was Canadian created and remains a Canadian brand. The continental breakfast was average. I loved looking out on shrubbery from my 2nd floor window instead of the city. It's built into a hill. Would stay again.

My son had put up streamers and balloons in the hallway (not in a distructive manner) for my 65th birthday. While we were out they disappeared. Didn't get around to asking if housekeeping took them or......? Saddened me when I returned to the room.

Conveniently located to everything Abbotsford had to offer. The rooms were clean and the staff was great. If you like to take baths after a long day, the bath tubs were deep and relaxing. I loved all the amenities in the bathroom. Bee kind. The rooms have a refrigerator/freezer and Microwave. Beds are comfortable. There is a spaghetti factory in the parking lot. As tempting as it would be to dine there. It was just okay. If you have a pet , they do have a grassed pet area for your fur baby. Also a nice continental breakfast.

Room was good, quiet, clean. easy parking, close to where we were visiting and easy access to the freeway. My wife was very pleased to be the winner of the small welcome gift. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The continental breakfast was good.

We did not want a pet friendly room but it was fine. The main reason for booking this hotel was for the hot tub but the last two times it has been out of service. Apparently they were waiting for a part but I get the impression they don't plan to fix it.

Remarkable continental breakfast: this is my 1st hotel which provides guests with gluten-free items and dairy-free alternatives! The dining area is kept clean and the attendant is continuously replenishing the items and offers extra options too! The room has a very comfortable bed, the temperature is perfect for sleeping, and it is very clean. They also provide pump toiletries in the room to minimize the waste. Check-in in the middle of the night was no issue and quick, check out was 12pm!

I love how clean and welcoming the hotel is. I love the fact that breakfast is free every morning, and the staff is very nice. It's in a good location, especially if you have a car to get around. It's right in front of the spaghetti factory, which serves great food. The room I stayed in had a little kitchenette. The shower was amazing, and tje beds were soooo comfortable.

I didnt like that the pool wasn't open. We were told that they were waiting for a part to come in that they ordered. The vending machine didn't have any water on either floors.

The staff were very friendly and the rooms very comfortable. They were quick to assist in any way needed and answer all questions.

The breakfast is a little lacklustre, but free food is free food! Some warm options for food would be great. The hot tub was under repair both times we stayed. That was disappointing as it was a very desirable feature. Laundry would have been nice, especially if you were a long term guest.

The place is clean, close to the airport and the staff were amazing! I had booked a non-refundable room and our flight in to Abbotsford was cancelled and we ended up in Edmonton overnight instead. I messaged the hotel we wouldn’t attend our reservation because of flight interruptions at 3:30 am. I wasn’t expecting anything, but was trying to be courteous. I woke up with a message from the hotel that they moved our reservation by one day with no additional charges! That is exceptional service!

Dal, Christiane, & Asal at the front desk exceeded expectations to take care of my stay. It was comfortable by the the quality of room, amenities, and staff. The facilities and room exceeded my expectations. Recommend the hotel for anyone looking for simple, quiet, clean well appointed.

Breakfast was good, would be better if you had hot cooked food choices as well. The location of the hotel is great, lots of amenities within walking distance and close to the highway.

We had a room with a attaching door to the next room. We could hear the person next door quite easily. More sound proofing would be nice.

Very clean & modern room. Care has been taken for the decor and the beds were very comfortable to sleep on

The hotel was a bit difficult to access. Because of the flow of traffic on the roads, you could only enter if you were driving north-west on Sumas Way or by coming west down Marshall Road
