As soon as you walk in the door you feel special.. Very happy and helpful staff Donna was there. Fresh cookies. Very secure Hotel. My husband gets up at 5. Noticed security guards coming in and checking in with the staff. Big clean rooms. First time in a Hotel that there was a panic button and a phone at the pool for an emergency. Always fresh towels and soap in the shower. Heated smoking area.. And the best Hotel Breakfast. Hot Meal from eggs. Ham. French toast. Hash browns. Waffles with all the toppings you can think of. Hot oatmeal also with the fixings. Cereal. Toast pastries.fresh fruit. Yogurt. Juice and coffee. And very kind staff. Lots of seating area. High chairs .. If you dont have time. They provide a breakfast to go. .

I've been to this hotel numerous times before and have always enjoyed it. This time, I decided to do a 2 night "staycation" with my kiddos for the first time. The room was clean, large, and quiet being in a little hideaway spot of Chilliwack. My silliness of not understanding how to control the temperature the first night (the vent buttons aren't operational and the thermostat is on the wall on the other side of the room) made for a cold first night, but the second night was warm and cozy! 😅 The pool and hot tub were the absolute highlights of this trip! We enjoyed this so much! My son learned how to swim during this trip, so now I have a wee bit of a sentimental attachment to this hotel lol. The breakfast was also wonderful, per usual. A great variety of breakfast foods: make-yourself waffles, eggs, bacon, potatoes, muffins, yogurt, juices... The staff were so friendly and I've never had a less-than-wonderful experience with them. They're always so welcoming and I'm happy to say that this hotel will be our go-to spot for our newfound staycation tradition. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we look so forward to coming back again!

Breakfast was one of the big continental breakfasts, eggs, waffles, cereals (kid friendly even), bacon, toast, bagels, muffins, strudels and oatmeal with a selection of juices and hot beverages. Went later then others I have seen too 10am! Beds were comfy, and the double queen room was larger then expected with a bigger bathroom. The 3 story waterslide was a fun bonus in the pool area.

The jets of the hot tub weren't working when we went, only bummer. The hotel was away from the main part of Chilliwack, kind of out of the way only reason why it was put in the didn't like part, Google maps had us lost. ( It ended up working in our favour, quiet out of the way beautiful hotel)

Super friendly staff. Good breakfast, all around happy with the place - a little out of the way but still close enough to town if you have a car. Comfy bed and pillow selection.

There was a light but pervasice 'doggie' smell - I know the place is pet friendly but I don't know if that's reserved for only some rooms, but I could smell it in our room. Would have liked a stronger/better coffee 'dark' rather then the 'light' colombian.

The staff were super friendly on arrival and check out. Staff gave excellent food recommendations. The rooms were comfortable with most of the usual facilities. There was ample space to have breakfast even at the busiest times. The gym was well stocked and the pool was good.

The breakfast could have been better supplied when things ran out. It was disappointing that single use plates and cutlery were used. There are very few energy saving considerations.

Breakfast was good. The lady managing the breakfast was wonderful despite being very busy. The pool and gym looked nice but we didn't use them. All the staff we encountered were great!

I know it's not the standard anymore but for the price of this property, I would like glassware versus paper cups in the room and for breakfast. The coffee maker is just ok although breakfast coffee was very good. I'd trade the in-room microwave for a decent coffee maker.

It was very clean and staff were wonderful. Those are my two most important criteria. The abundant morning breakfast was a necessity due to no restaurant.

We couldn't walk anywhere. There were no sidewalks or walking trails. We walked on the side of a very busy road just to see. The walk "around the parking lot" was lovely but not enough. Also. I finally figured out that the "tremors" I felt at night were from the freight train nearby. It was a little too pricey due to location. Ubers were inexpensive and quick, but we should have rented a car. (We weren't located with the rest of our group due to lack of rooms where they were staying so we were picked up most days.)

Great pool with a fun slide. The hot tub is a good spot to relax while watching the kids. Great breakfast! Good variety and delicious options.

The disposable plates don't match the quality of the breakfast. The blankets also have room to improve. The pet fee is not clear when booking the room; you should make it more evident.

The breakfast bar was a great inclusion to our stay. We also got a recommendation for our dinner from one of the front desk staff which was greatly appreciated.

We didn't really have any part that we were unhappy with. We were travelling with our two children, but we were only there for an overnight stay which suited us all just fine.

Really nice property for a quick stop on our back home to Edmonton. Check staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good and the room was modern and clean. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place for a night or two.

Location is in an industrial area, no big deal for us but if you are looking for a longer term accomondation with walking area this might be an issue.
