Next door Cidery, could walk to it, fresh eggs from free range chickens on the farm, sitting in back garden to play my flute, LOVED the hotsprings bath water every night. Proximity to Harrison River.

Wasn't used to a train going by every hour or so, since middle of summer, slept with the window open

Beautiful rural location. Lovely hosts. Comfortable beds and large rooms. Loved having a pool table to enjoy with the family. My kids loved the pianos!

Very low pressure and a strong sulphur (? Like old pennies) smell in the shower. Not a big deal at all. It left my hair and skin baby smooth!

If you need a break from the fast paced city life,this is the perfect rustic farm life to enjoy.The house has a nice old world charm but the rooms are very modern and cozy. The common areas and bonfire at night was a lovely experience. The dogs are gorgeous and the whole farm takes you bacl to the good old days.

Friendly hosts, a chill farm vibe, pianos all over the place, and wheel water with a little bit of sulphur were great for our skins.

It's an old wood house, so you can hear people walking on the floor above you. It was not too bad, as the other guests were mindful.

The accommodation was comfortable and had everything in the room that we needed. The bed was comfortable and being in a rural location, the surroundings were very quiet allowing for a great sleep! Hosts were friendly.

There was a breakfast stated in the booking but nothing was available so we checked out in the morning and found a lovely spot for breakfast in a nearby town.

The area was very peaceful and scenic the room was very large very new feeling to it bed was extremely comfortable well made had a large bathroom with tub and shower very well done I couldn’t be happier with my stay thank you very much

What a jewel of a place! I really like the eclectic antique decor and the amazing ensuite bathroom with huge tub! So many animals for my 12 year old daughter to enjoy. Great price for having two separate rooms in the same unit. Cool pool table and amazing kitchen with lounge area. Tons of media for entertainment. Very friendly hosts! I just loved staying here and my only regret was not staying longer to really experience this wonderful place. Looking forward to coming back in the future.

One of the best places to relax and recharge one's batteries before going back to the active lifestyle. I'd recommend this experience for anybody who wants to disconnect from the world and relax.

Greeted warmly by our hosts on arrival. The room was big with a very comphy bed.We had a large balcony over looking the orchard of fruit trees. Chickens roaming everywhere and eggs for sale. Theres coffee, juice & toast available in the morning. Extremely quiet and peaceful place. There is a large rustic room with pool table,piano,books,cd for guests. There is also a private cabin where we plan to stay next time.

It was beautiful, peaceful and serene.

Back in the day the hosts made breakfast for the guests. To bring that back would mean a perfect stay for me.
