I love Harrison Lake especially at this time of year and the amenities with hot springs pools.

I can’t stand that the main building is so old! For the prices the resort charges we should not have to hear squeaky beds or the next door patrons getting it on at night! We heard it twice and it’s so embarrassing! We were charged $400 a night for the room and yet it felt like we were staying at a cheap motel!

Hot Springs, Room with view, clean, lots of parking, front desk was helpful and friendly. Moisturizing soap bar, nice smelling shower gel, shampoo. Loved the atmosphere of the springs (wood and rocks)

Over an hour wait to check in (had five front desk clerks). I recommend having either more staff or offering staggered check ins (i.e. allow half of guests to check in between 3pm and 4pm and the other have 4pm to 5pm) No kitchen (no microwave, no bowls or cutlery. Was give paper and plastic fork to eat my breakfast, no creamo (white powder for tea/coffee) Over paid as I booked a few days before. Would return only if I got a cheaper rate. (Apparently all guests I spoke to did) But it was our 1st time there and we decided to splurge. We loved it !

I am not sure what resort fees are for. These should be included in the price or not charged at all...

Our family of four enjoyed the two-double bed room. Thank you for considering my request for a room with a view. Everything was clean and equipped with everything we needed. The mineral pools were amazing, and it was perfect for kids on a rainy, cold weekend.

The hotel requires guests to wear a paper bracelet to access the pool, which I understand. However, I was surprised to be charged $20 for a replacement when I lost mine. Using reusable, water-resistant bands (like silicone) instead of disposable paper (for a pool water?) would be more practical and eco-friendly. I'd gladly take care of a more durable bracelet to help reduce waste.

Room with view of lake, free bathrobes to wear. Beautiful location, near nice walks around the lake. Near the hot spring source where some people have made little natural pools to sit it- wish we had known this was possible. Cleaning staff and reception staff were friendly and helpful. A very kid-friendly place; glad we brought our grandson.

No slippers provided to wear to the hot springs pools. Pools are lukewarm, only hot tub inside is hot enough. No option of unfiltered springs, chlorine added to everything. Not frequent enough cleaning of pools and lobby. Very crowded, lots of lines.

I really enjoy the whole setting on the lake. I also love how the old to new building transitions have all those little twists and turns that can leave you wondering which way your room is located. It's almost like living in a mystery book. The pools are fantastic, and well kept. The Copper Room offers an exquisite dining experience, and the meals are incredible!

Unfortunately, the Heritage building requires some updating. I do like the old charm, but it's time for that badly stained old carpet to go in a dumpster. I am 60 years old, and I do believe that stained carpet is older than I am. The other thing is that when I crawled into my side of the bed, I had to get back up and wipe out what felt to be crumbs in the bed. This is a fairly large resort, so it can be a tough walk to get out to the rear parking lot for those with mobility issues.

We absolutely love this hotel. We got a complimentary upgrade, and the room was gorgeous. Spacious, comfy bed, great sofa to lounge on, walk out patio. Hot springs mineral pools are gorgeous. They range in temperature, there are outdoor pools, an indoor pool, and a swimming pool. So warm and comfortable! Outside sitting areas have fire pits at night, and there is a coziest fireplace in the lobby area. We did not get to use the spa this time, unfortunately.

This is an older hotel, so some rooms may not have as sound proof, and if you are looking for a brand new hotel feel - this will not be it. But a great hotel nonetheless. They seem to be a bit under-staffed, but our room was clean and we got a complimentary upgrade - so nothing to complain about. It's a pet friendly hotel, so don't get surprised if you hear a bark if you walk down the corridor (again, not a deterrent for us). TV in the room was rather small and there was no TV in the bedroom - but these are really minor things.

We love Harrison Hot Springs Resort. Great pools, helpful and friendly staff. We stayed in the heritage building side and they have upgraded the rooms so there in air conditioning and a comfy bed. Lots of space in the room as well. The older style is part of the charm. I like that they have an adult only pool as well as adult only time after 10pm. I love that they provide house coats

Our room was right next to the service elevator so it was a bit loud and far from the pools. Also the fridge in the room doesn't have the door brackets so you couldn't use the door of the fridge to store anything.

The bed-very uncomfortable. Bathroom- no counter for toiletries. Restaurants-didn’t use…too pricey.

The hotel is always nice and quiet for sleeping, and the pools relaxing! My Granddaughter always loves to meet other kids in the big pool and the adult/kids pool. The two downside events are that the tennis courts were closed, as was the Pool Bar by 3 p.m.! It is an old hotel, so the ambiance is just that. If you are expecting updated rooms, I have yet to find one, but I love the location and ability to walk, swim, bike ride and explore right outside your door!
