Excellent location right in the heart of Churchill. It’s comfortable and meets all basic needs. There’s a station for making coffee and tea in the hall, and it’s a short walk to restaurants. Understand that Churchill is off the beaten path, so you’re not going to find a 5 star hotel here. What you are going to find is a clean room, friendly owners, and a good location for exploring all that Churchill has to offer.

A previous guest had broken the lampshade, and it had not been replaced. That’s honestly so minor, it didn’t affect our review. Remember: a replacement has to come by train or plane - no hopping over to Home Depot.

We like the proximity to the station, restaurants and other attractions in Churchill. Bill was wonderful. Very friendly and accommodating. He had our room ready when we arrived early in the morning off the train. He let us stay until we departed for the train station two days later. Bill toured us to the more remote attractions around Churchill.

In a big city this would perhaps be a fairly basic hotel but in a remote place like Churchill it is good. Clean, comfortable and warm. Best of all the owner Bill and has assistant Bram went out of their way to be friendly and helpful and made it a most enjoyable stay.

Tea and coffee making facilities and a microwave are available communally in the hallway. There is a fridge in the bedroom so the only improvement might be to have a kettle etc in each room.

Rooms are clean and functional. Located right in the middle of town, walking distance to tour companies, restaurants and directly across the road from a supermarket if you're looking for cheaper food options. Access to communal tea and coffee facilities and microwave. Airport transfers available at an extra cost. Half and full day wildlife searches available at a cost.... and Angela won't give up trying to find a bear :)

Travelling to Churchill for work. The hotel is centrally located, a few steps from the store, train station and restaurants. Bill picked us all up from the airport and was so accommodating, communication was excellent. There was a great communal area. Rooms are simple but cosy and comfortable.

The rooms are cleaned everyday and host is very accommodating. The location is the most convenient. It is very accessible to all .

We do not eat breakfast, however there was fresh sconce or other items baked in the morning. So the price reflected this. It was a small hotel with one central hallway leading to the owners quarters. This was nice as you met the other guest and discussed what your plans were and shared experiences and plans.

Tea or coffee was offered for a charge. I am not sure of the sconce. However when we brought our own tea bags hot water was boiled for us and there was no charge. Also when we spoke to other travelers their accommodations were considerably more expensive but they did have a much larger option for a free breakfast.

This is a great little hotel perfectly located in Churchill. Bill and Angela are phenomenal hosts. Suited our needs perfectly

We loved the location it is close to the train station and our room was clean and comfortable. Bill was a welcoming, friendly and helpful host and Angela offers helpful photo tours. This place absolutely recommended.

The owner and manager, Bill, was extremely welcoming and helpful. Nice to have this human touch. Ideal location close to Rail Station.
