The room was very comfy, quiet and clean. I loved the black out blinds. Made for a very good nights sleep. The decor was superbly selected, fresh and airy. I loved the East Coast toiletries, the smell of rosemary and mint was so therapeutic and warm. Excellent quality. Cleaning staff did an excellent job. I love the airiness and freshness of the hotel. The attention to detail from the wall paper, art and furniture. Complimentary breakfast was excellent. Dinner at the restaurant was superb!

The long wait to be served breakfast on the second morning. We sat for 15 minutes before someone came to table and over 40 minutes from when we placed our order. They were definitely under staffed. It would of been nice if the staff explained to us that things would be slow. We would not have had a problem. We understand the challenges faced when short staffed. Best to be up front with your customers. Instead they avoided us until we had to inquire as to what was happening with our breakfast.

The room was a perfect blend of modern traditional with everything you could ask for. From the comfortable beds to the posh toiletries and elevated snacks and drinks reasonably priced in room for your convenience. Added touches like the plush robes and hand crafted chocolates on the bed were a pleasant surprise. French pressed coffee from Grouse Mourne in room and the high end breakfast included in our stay went beyond expectations. Free laundry facilities on site were a convenient and unexpected bonus. Outdoor rooftop balcony with sauna and hottub made for a. perfect stay. In addition to all this location was perfect.

Not a thing.

Everything was wonderful. The hotel itself, the decor, the treats in the room and the brewery inside was really cool as well. We didn’t even have time to use the rooftop hot tubs but that is an awesome feature! The rooms are really quiet and spacious, staff is excellent and I can’t praise this place enough!

The service in the restaurant could have been a little faster, but certainly nothing really to complain about.

A very comfortable bed, modern decor, exceptionally clean, great staff, and amenities. I didn’t use the hot tub or other outdoor space but it sure was inviting. The breakfast was a welcome treat each morning at the amazing on site restaurant. The welcome chocolates in the room and front desk treats were a nice touch.

Would have liked the ability to adjust the room temperature. It was consistent but not always suitable for me.

The facilities and restaurant were great.

The soaps were not filled in the bathroom before our stay and they were very very low from the start. We stayed 3 days and didnt have any refilled. The number of towels were not set up properly knowing we were a family of 5 and there were only 2 sets upon arrival.

Breakfast choices were limited but good variety just the same. Coffee was excellent and our server was very attentive and professional. Portions were just right. Pricing is right where it should be. Lobby was spectacular as were the stairs and hallways. Very apparent that a lot of attention to detail went into the design and construction of this hotel. Well done!

We drove from the 7:00 PM ferry in Port-aux-Basques and arrived just after 9:00 PM. It was a bit of a rush to get to the dining room before closing. Not sure how many "boat people" reservations there are but it might be a consideration to stay open until 11:00 PM. My only real complaint was the limited choice of cable channels, particularly CNN. News junkies need CNN and/or MSNBC.

The attention to detail in the design and decor of this cool hotel is top notch. Very stylish. The staff were very friendly and it was a great location. Good shower with heated bathroom floor. Good sized room. Convenience of close, free car parking👍

No suitcase stand

A wonderful hotel in a great location. The room was lovely, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming.

The only downside was the shower, it didn’t have much hot water and ran out after less than 5 minutes.

Friendly staff, exceptionally clean room, wonderful local art throughout, amazing restaurant/brew pub attached, chocolates on the bed, beer stocked fridge for purchase, bodum coffee, hot tub, laundry, etc. Just everything was fantastic!

Absolutely beautiful accommodation! Staff were beyond friendly, so helpful. We had to change rooms after our flight was cancelled and both were in perfect condition, lovely bathrooms and soft comfy beds. Genuinely loved it!They also helped a lot with my gluten free meals
