A very comfortable bed, modern decor, exceptionally clean, great staff, and amenities. I didn’t use the hot tub or other outdoor space but it sure was inviting. The breakfast was a welcome treat each morning at the amazing on site restaurant. The welcome chocolates in the room and front desk treats were a nice touch.

Would have liked the ability to adjust the room temperature. It was consistent but not always suitable for me.

Breakfast choices were limited but good variety just the same. Coffee was excellent and our server was very attentive and professional. Portions were just right. Pricing is right where it should be. Lobby was spectacular as were the stairs and hallways. Very apparent that a lot of attention to detail went into the design and construction of this hotel. Well done!

We drove from the 7:00 PM ferry in Port-aux-Basques and arrived just after 9:00 PM. It was a bit of a rush to get to the dining room before closing. Not sure how many "boat people" reservations there are but it might be a consideration to stay open until 11:00 PM. My only real complaint was the limited choice of cable channels, particularly CNN. News junkies need CNN and/or MSNBC.

Everything! It was one of the best, if not the very best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Immaculately clean, quiet and comfortable. The complimentary breakfasts were delicious and all hotel staff were extremely friendly and accommodating!

Absolutely beautiful accommodation! Staff were beyond friendly, so helpful. We had to change rooms after our flight was cancelled and both were in perfect condition, lovely bathrooms and soft comfy beds. Genuinely loved it!They also helped a lot with my gluten free meals

The breakfast was amazing! The absolute best continental breakfast ive ever experienced! The room was exceptionally bright and meticulously clean! The pillows and beds were above my expectations! And the rooftop lounge area and hot tubs were icing on the cake!!! Such a great stay- i will definitely return!!!

On our first morning there, it took 2 hours to receive our breakfast through room service. It was delicious but much too long of a wait!
