The room was clean with the usual amenities (fridge, microwave) - staff was friendly and helpful. Having a restaurant on site was convenient for breakfast. The view was spectacular! Would not hesitate to stay there again!

The only thing that was inconvenient was ice was only available at a specific time of day - but there are stores close by selling it in Belle Cote - would not be a deal breaker for booking again though......

The room was perfectly clean, with a comfortable bed, mini fridge and lovely balcony overlooking the water.

There were no facilities other than breakfast in the morning, which was clearly highlighted several times on menus and at reception was not included in the price. For a basic motel type room the price seemed a little high. Especially given there was no onsite bar or restaurant.

Rooms are freshly renovated. New AC units in rooms. New bathroom fixtures, beds, chairs tv and fridhe. Great view of duck cove with seats outside the rooms to enjoy some of views.. There was probably 100 ducks in the cove. Vanessa was great. .

The restaurant wasn't open. No breakfast, but had coffee and ice. Exterior needs some work but inside the rooms is very nice.

The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the biew overlooking the river was beautiful, the staff were friendly and helpful. Close enough to Cheticamp and beaches in the area.

No coffee in the room. We had to go to tbe lobby to get coffee. The buffet was good, but there was no fruit. That would have beena nice addition

Exceptionally clean, large TV, and very comfortable bed and chairs. The breakfast, although not included with the price, was very good. The hosts are lovely people and go out of their way to make sure that your stay is pleasant.

We have stayed here for four visits now and we have never had a single complaint.

The room was exceptionally clean and the bed was very comfortable. The 2 occasional chairs in the room were the comfiest hotel chairs I’ve ever sat on. The view was impressive it was lovely being able to sit on a private balcony and look out on the water. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

The rooms are nicely renovated and we enjoyed sitting on our balcony.

Unfortunately we had to leave very early before the breakfast room opened. There is no in room coffee there so no coffee for us before we headed out, and nowhere to get any for about 45 minutes. Coffee in the room would be a nice touch!

Manager was very friendly. The building is quite old, but it was clear that steps had been taken to modernize and update it. The upstairs rooms have balconies and a lovely view. This isn't a fancy place, but it was comfortable and a good value for the money we spent.

The pillows were kind of hard.

We loved the view from the room, seeing the river from the bed was so relaxing. Breakfast was amazing and the man serving us was very sweet. Also, it was close to the ocean beach!

We didn't like the tone of the woman at the check in desk, she was very rushed with us and a bit rude.

WONDERFUL..was an older facility that could use a paint touch up but was super clean, great view, great food ( thank you Gerald ) great server ( thank you Lauralee ) and wonderful cleaning staff ( thank you Karen and Lorraine ). the staff took time time to talk to you everyday, made sure you had enough supplies and made sure you were enjoying your stay. They advised of great places to eat, places of interest and were truly interested in your day..definitely would stay there again !!
