The unit was very lovely and clean and in a great location. The owners were very responsive and helpful.

Both my husband and I had sore backs from the mattress. The couch and the chair in the living space were very uncomfortable. Thank goodness the weather was great and we were out and about a lot. At night when we sat down to watch a small amount of TV, the furniture was very uncomfortable. The only other item I didn't like was, the window knobs were taken off to prevent you from opening the windows. I understand about the air being on and I'm sure people would over abuse it by opening windows and leaving them open, however I did feel locked in at times. We are outdoor people. Love the fresh air!

Very clean; nice grounds to retreat to, overlooking the Lake Erie, with gazebo, Adirondack chairs, fire pit and barbecue area. We liked that the bathroom had a separate enclosed shower and nice bath tub was separate.

Everything was very nice, especially serene and private with easy access by code to interior suite. Would recommend adding a coded entrance to exterior door too. Hosts are very responsive and staff is friendly.

We enjoyed two nights in this beautiful suite! We appreciated how bright and clean it was, the comfy bed and beautiful bathroom! It was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We contacted the hosts with several questions and they responded quickly. Thank you for turning up the heat when we arrived wet from birding, and for the extra blast from the handy space heater. We didn't need the dryer as our stuff dried out overnight, but it was nice to know we could have if we needed. This was one of the nicest rentals we have stayed at.

Beautiful view of Lake Erie, amazing Park right next door, the gazebo to sit and read and watch the Lake and Ferry come into port. I heard the waves and birds in surrounding forest. Safe, well maintained neighborhood and property. Complimentary pass to the National Park (lovely drive there) so we hiked and toured for a couple of days. Although there was a mix up as to which suite we booked, it turned out that the cozy suite was our favourite..Bed very comfortable. Attention to details- excellent. Loved the tub and lighting!! Great location to wine country too.Thank you, We will definitely recommend. Great hosts..

The pull out could have been more comfortable with a mattress pad or thin topper.

We really liked the view of Lake Erie from the Coastal Suite's room and the suite was lovely and had everything we needed. The hosts were both very friendly and have clearly put a lot of time and effort into creating this little touch of magic. in Leamington. We will return and look forward to staying with them yet again in the near future.

The only thing we didn't like was the fact we only stayed 4 nights. We have stayed in a lot of place via Booking.com around the world and we can not say that about every place we have stayed. Coastal Suite's is a little gem.

What we didn't like was that we paid a certain advertised amount based on the photos that you displayed of the room. Pictures with a beautiful picture window view of the lake. The coastsl room.But as it turns out we received the other room, the cosy suite, with no view of the lake. The reason we chose to pay a higher room rate was for the view. We didn't get the view. It would be fair to receive a percentage discount for not getting the room we booked. Those are our thoughts.

Extremely peaceful and tastefully appointed and exceptionally clean. Outdoor space was lovely, also. Quiet. Beds comfy. Great TV although we didn’t watch much because it was much better to watch the birds outside.

Wish we had received check in Information earlier. We were traveling all day. The grab bar in the shower came off while my husband (age 87) was showering. Fortunately he caught himself but this could be a problem for you if it happened again.

Too much air conditioning and no way to control it. The pillows were huge rocks and we ended up putting pillow slips on a couple of cushions but even these were too high. We should have asked for alternatives but didn't.

We stayed in Seacliff Beach Suites (#1) which has a lovely view and is located on the main floor. The location is ideal. It is a short walk to the ferry and there are many and restaurants within walking distance. We enjoyed Eddy's Sport Bar and Lakeview Bakery. We did not use our car during our two-night stay. Parking is free.

The room was very spacious and looked exactly as advertised on booking.com. Modern full bath. Kitchen did not have oven/stove but was equipped with hotplates and all other necessities. Very clean. Hosts were very available and friendly. We felt very safe and well taken care of.

Only "issue" was where TV was placed in relation to the bed. My husband and I like to lie in bed and watch TV but the room set up was more conducive to watching from loveseat at other end of room. Didn't impact our score as that was just a personal preference.
