The facility is in a great location. Every staff member was super friendly, and breakfast was a nice hot buffet breakfast. I asked the gentleman about a late check-out for the following day as I was checking -in. He kindly offered me a complimentary extra hour. The beds were super comfy, and I slept well. I would stay there again, no problem . I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an overnight in London.

The only thing that could be a bit better was the air conditioner in the room. It worked, but not very powerful. The bathroom is a bit small, but it works. That's very minor. There are no other issues.

I liked the orange juice, oatmeal, hot chocolate, pancakes hard boiled eggs home fries, bacon, loved the friendliness of the morning staff for breakfast. We ate in the restaurant at night and because it was very busy, we ate at the bar. We were very comfortable there, our server Andrea was awesome and our meal was extremely nice. The hostess, a young woman who didn't have her safe server yet, was very friendly and talked with us while doing her work. We felt like family. In fact, better than family, we were welcomed in as friends and treated like royalty. Our two day stay was awesome. Thank you so much.

Your eggs - scrambled, western style tasted somewhat like powdered eggs. Sausages - little bit spicy - but then, that is my taste. The temperature was very cold in the lobby areas on Friday and Saturday. The price - this was a bit pricey for seniors on a fixed income but saved for a while to do this as it was our 43 anniversary.

Good price point for hotel between Niagara Falls and Michigan. Breakfast has really good options. Stayed here both going to Niagara Falls and coming back from Niagara Falls and was happy with it both nights.

Bathrooms are small. Lady working breakfast the morning of our stay (Monday) was no where near as good as the young gentleman working breakfast on our drive out to Niagara Falls (Saturday).

Bar, food and staff were great except for one receptionist who was very unhelpful The food and prices were some of the best i've had anywhere in the world, very comfortable stay although its very remote, nothing nearby at all

I arrived after 20 hours travel to be told the restaurant was closed all day sunday as was the bar. They wouldn't even provide me a bottle of water!! I was disgusted, this individual member of staff was dreadful.

Alfonso the night manager was so nice and welcoming when we checked in. He was very knowledgeable and told us about all of the amenities. The wifi was included and the rooms were clean. The restaurant that is attached to the hotel is fantastic! The staff were wonderful and the food was good. What surprised us even more, was that there was a sit down breakfast that was included with the price. It was delicious and had all of the breakfast foods that you could want. I was very impressed. Plus, the hotel is right off the 401, so it is very convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

Easily accessible from the 401, quiet outside and inside, nice new facility, very clean, excellent staff, great breakfast. Very satisfied with what we got.

I know that this is common across, but the ability to actually open the window for fresh air rather than have the air-condition wall insert would be much better.

I travel alot as a semi retired single woman. I was very impressed with the staff at this hotel. Everyone was friendly and helpful. It was well kept up and very clean. Well organized breakfast that has great options that were delicious 😋

I wish that we booked 2 nights instead of one. This hotel was a pleasant surprise!

Our main criteria was cleanliness, and we were very satisfied with our room and hotel in general. We used the gym and it was also clean and set up to promote an hygienic use of the equipment.

Not much we didn't like, although we would have liked to be able to start the rowing machine in the gym... Still managed to get some exercise in, the equipment was sufficient for a basic workout, the cardio machines were fairly recent and there were some free weight and a pulley all-in-one machine.

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and varied; plenty of good, hot coffee. Lots of parking.

Bed was a bit soft for us. Construction on the nearby hwy interchange caused GPS to send us on long detours.

EVERYTHING! Clean, comfortable, EV charging, incredible breakfast and super friendly staff. Smart TVs, super comfortable pillows and beds, plus there is a full restaurant on property.

Absolutely nothing to complain about.
