Trendy unique hotel. Friendly staff. Secure entrances and exits.

Parking in the underground across the road is a bit of a pain but not a deal breaker. Sadly as in all cities today, numerous homeless people sleeping in doorways just adjacent to the hotel but this obviously is not the fault of the Hotel. This was our third stay here and we recommended it to our friends who also stayed. They got a room with a little court yard that the doors didn’t open to….it had numerous dead plants in pots that gave the place a seedy look of neglect….how hard would it be to remove them… The keyless entries were an obvious improvement, but the hotel seems to need a little “freshening up”…

Spacious room, central location right near Covent garden market, close to restaurants, bars, cafes. Perfect for a business trip. Room was exceptionally clean and it felt like a luxurious experience which was a nice treat after a long day of work and meetings. I particularly liked the no room-keycard experience of just receiving a 4 digits code by text or email which was smart and efficient. I will book the Hotel Metro again next quarter.

Keep it up. There was nothing I did not like. I am typing a second sentence because I am told I have to. I am typing a third sentence for the same reason.

Staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and super clean. Appreciated water in the fridge and coffee maker. Felt secure with pin access entry and front desk concierge. Parking right across the laneway was so convenient.

Would have liked to know ahead of time that no restaurant or bar in the hotel. Might have brought food and drink with me. Would like to have known more explicit instructions about parking ahead of time. For example, you can park at the hotel entrance while you check in and then move your car to the parking garage which is literally across the laneway. We'll give you directions when you arrive on how to get to the parking entrance. The parking fee will be added to your room charge. Unfortunately, the parking chit I was given at the hotel desk didn't work when I tried to leave the parking lot. The staff sorted it out on my VISA, but it held me up at departure. I would still recommend your hotel notwithstanding that you consider tightening up some of your instructions.

Decor and location. They also had an awesome coffee maker. Easy access to everything in London.

No simple breakfast ( yogurt pastries) was accidentally overcharged ( charged twice for stay) asked staff to talk to manager about some form of compensation. ( As I live in US) my accounts are tied up for 3-5 days for me bank to correct. ( Leaves me cashless in the meantime) I was told to call the manager in 3-5 days. They caught the mistake but it still tied up my account. So as much as I enjoyed my stay. I will not be back as I feel that customer service is lacking. ( It's my finances tied up,not theirs)

The bedroom was clean and very well decorated. Very friendly staff. Quiet and comfortable stay. Close to many restaurants and shopping. Extra tip: Amazing breakfast at Billy's and we loved the Açai/Dragon Fruit bowls across the street!

There's no parking at the location. Because of that, we decided to travel to London by train. The train station is fairly close to the hotel though.

The downtown location was amazing and being so close to Covent Garden Market was a bonus. A great place for coffee, breakfast, lunch and dinner. The room was very spacious and comfortable.

The hotel doesn’t have on site parking but offers the option of paid parking under the market building, however there is no in and out privilege during the day. The hotel decor is dark so it makes the room and hallways feel dim.

Wonderful staff and spacious room. The room had everything I needed and when I noticed the hair dryer was missing they were quick to bring one up. They communicate via text message which is very efficient.

There is no separate between the room and the sink/tub/toilet which is fine for a solo traveler but odd given the size of the room

Perfect location for us, we were attending a show at Budweiser Gardens which is across the street. Staff were super nice and helpful, room was huge and comfortable.

Only minor thing was the bedside tables were sticky like they hadn’t been cleaned properly. Also, our room had no direct window to the outside, instead our window looked on to some kind of internal seating area which only had a skylight, so the room was perpetually dark even with the curtains open. Would have been good to know in advance, or given the option of booking a different room with a full window.

Loved the option for contactless check-in, that the access by is key code to the building & your room. It was very clean, minimal but esthetically appealing!

No 24/7 staff or security in case of emergency, not being able to use your vehicle after you park it unless you want to pay again. I believe hotel guests should get special privileges to come & go from the parking garage.

Very modern and hip. Neat room layout with open area tub. The front staff were super helpful - Esther at the desk was so helpful in getting us in and parked. Even the nice fellow from the bar helped me navigate from the back door to the reception. We went to Budweiser gardens for a concert and you couldn’t get closer. The amazing London market is across the lane.

Not a problem with the property- but Google Maps will take you to Dundas st but that’s the back door and you would be double parking and then have to walk through the property to check in. One street south there is a quiet lane with 20 minute parking right outside the reception area.
