The room was clean and quiet. I had a good night sleep.

Of course I do not like seeing the downtrodden people plagued by drugs outside the hotel, but it is not the hotel's fault. The hotel makes sure that the building and parking is secure. If you do not like the breakfast options, then walk out the hotel, make a right and walk straight until you reach the library. A few doors down from the library is Billy's Deli that serves breakfast and if you go behind the deli (left down Dundas) or the entrance near the library you will find the Covent Garden Market that has two restaurants that serve breakfast, as well as others types of food including fresh veggies and fruit. All is within walking distance from the hotel.

The room, the bed the shower, was fantastic. I go to many hotels with my work. My rating system is simple, "would I bring my wife to stay at this location"?. It is a yes for this hotel. I can't say the same about other places.

The hotel is located in a sketchy area. There were street people on the ramp to the underground parking when I returned at night. The underground parking smelled bad, like it was used for a washroom. I was concerned about leaving my car there, but I had no issues in the morning. I don't know what the hotel can do, it's a bad area.

The hotel is located on the same street as the Budwriser venue within walking distance so we were able to save some time and trouble. Hotel is secure and had very supportive staff, would definitely stay again for future concerts! Very quiet location and all amenities were present and working normally.

One elevator and the ice machine on our floor were out of service however this had minimal impact on our overall stay. There was little else out of place.

it was a close walk to the budweiser garden for a concert or any sort of event. on site parking for a fee and the price wasnt that bad considering hotels now are usually really expensive.

not the hotels fault but the crackheads next door are not a great thing to look at but like i said not the hotels fault the city should be cleaning that up but i did notice a lot all around London. they do have security in the hotel so there is no fear of them getting into the hotel

Love that the room is self contained with fridge, iron & board, coffee/tea maker (keuric), microwave oven and 2 very comfortable queen size beds.

The AC is noisy, carpet has stains and decor is dated but was told renovation is in the plans. There were a few homeless people loitering outside the building but they didn’t bother us which is fine with me.

Very clean and comfortable. Room was spacious enough and bathroom a good size. Great breakfast except for the times available.

One elevator was not working so made the other elevator very crowded. Also, breakfast should be served until 10:00 a.m. every day. To close at 9:00 a.m. is just too early for people on vacation or anytime of the year.

The hotel was very clean and updated, friendly security, right downtown London breakfast was free. However, I did sleep in and miss it. The room was executive suite with living room and a bedroom TV at the very end on the eighth floor, it was an awesome city view.

Getting free breakfast but that’s on me for not waking up. The hotel provides the breakfast and I get it free throughbooking.com.

The hotel is beside London Extended Stay a lot of homeless people on the street openly buying selling and using drugs . Drug paraphernalia outside of the hotel on sidewalk and ledges of hotel Would not recommend for anyone with kids to stay here.

Great bedding, good shampoo and conditioner and body wash. Breakfast is great.

Staff watch you and ask you questions every time you go out of the hotel. You can't have any visitors without staff giving you hassle. No laundry, sheets are all white which is hard to keep clean and the hotel takes a $500 deposit so what if you get something on the sheets, they would keep your deposit. It's like a set up to keep you're $500. No light in the back parking lot either it's really dark kinda scary to walk back there at night.

Staff/service are great. My room looks very clean. Some surprise items (hard boiled eggs, premade breakfast sandwiches) for a quick breakfast.

The Wifi is a bit slow. Upgrade my room to a suite, totally worth with extra space. However the sofa bed is too soft. The underground parking has some weed/smoking/pee odor but it has a locked gate.
