The hotel is extremely clean with well equipped rooms and comfortable beds. We found the staff were very competent and very friendly and helpful. The complimentary buffet breakfast was fresh and thoughtfully laid out. The food staff were ready with smiles to help one find what they needed. The tables in the dining room were cleaned after every client. Another big bonus was having proper mugs, dishes and cutlery to eat from. Recycling bins were also provided. It is wonderful to see that Marriott is forging ahead with environmental consciousness in mind. I will definitely come back to stay here.

It is downtown which is usually great except there is a large presence of homeless people in the downtown core. This is not the fault of the hotel obviously. Hopefully there is a community solution soon.

The breakfast was good. They have 4 different cereals with milk and creamer,omelette, vegetables with egg,sausage,orange and apple juice, boiled egg coffee,yogurt,chocolate Milk,bread,donuts muffins,orange,soup,nuts,butter and jam. Our room was spacious, it was a suite room with 2 king size bed good for 4 pax. It has study table,living area with folding bed couch.It has 1 TV inside the bed room and 1 in the living area, tones of movie to choose but you have to purchase it at least 5 cad,but youtube is free . It has a kitchen and equipment for cooking, dinning utensil, waterheater, coffee maker, knives, chopping board, microwave , fridge, and a little dinning table for 4 and dishwasher. Complimentary coffee and Tea plus sugar Bathroom has hair blower,shampoo,conditioner and bodywash. More than 4 towels and 4 storage for luggages with hangers. 4 key was provided. Staffs are accommodating. They have fitness gym. The hotel is clean and well maintained.

The aircon inside the bed room was very loud. It is right next to the bed, for people who cannot sleep with loud noises, It must be a problem.

Extremely clean. Nice to have a full kitchen for multiple night stay. Staff were extremely friendly, particularly Rav and her colleagues at the front desk. Pet friendly. Underground parking. Very quiet facility overall even though it is close to traffic, train tracks and fire station. Grassy area available in front of hotel for pets. Lots of plugs throughout the room that are easy to access, which is helpful for multiple devices. Good water pressure in the shower. Short drive to multiple City parks. Relatively easy access to highways and major roads

Surprised that parking was not included in the room rate. Surrounding neighbourhood has many homeless people, which is sad and not the hotel's fault. Disappointed that this hotel charges a pet cleaning fee. One would expect that the room is thoroughly cleaned regardless of pets being there and our pet does not shed.

It was near my work and had underground parking, which gave us safety. The unit is presentable and complete. The curtain cuts the lights perfectly, and the shower is amazing. Have a full kitchen and a convenience store nearby. the cafeteria was nice with tasty food.

the bed was made with a torn fitted. The bathroom vent was dusty. In the freezer, the ice fell in the middle of the night, making strong noise, and the Nespresso machine, water tank was yellow inside.

The room was super clean though at first I feel like it's a little bit stuffy but overall it is clean especially the linens. It smells clean. The bed is super comfy, not too soft, not too hard. Breakfast is decent.

It took us a while to find the elevator from the undeground parking. It could have been better if there are visible signages or directional signs upon entering the underground parking.

Very friendly reception staff, gave us complimentary water, room upgrade, clean room, breakfast staff worked hard, food was good, property clean.

hard to find something to complain about, small crack in room drywall, windows could have used a cleaning but didn't bother me.

Large room. Neat and clean. LOCATION. Over average breakfast.

While the breakfast was decent, especially in terms of quantity, it wasn’t the best I’ve experienced. Additionally, especially in rush times, it could benefit from better planning and management for an overall enhanced guest experience.

Extremely clean hotel!! Good breakfast. Extended 2 Bedroom suite was very large with all the amenities.

Lighting was very poor in main areas (kitchen and living room). Had to use flashlights to play cards or games.

2 bedroom suite was spacious and clean and the kitchen and separate living area with pull out sectional couch worked out great. Walking distance for all our needs and the venue we attended at Centennial Hall.

All was good. The only thing I could have used was a broom and mop to sweep up and was the floor during our stay as the weather was so wet and my large dog tracked in a lot of dirt. plus with the warmer weather, he was shedding A lot of his winter fur, as he is a winter dog.

The only downside was that there were no sizers to cut open packages, no can opener and no large or small sharp knives for cutting veggies, etc.
