It was there when I needed it and I was greeted and treated well. I mostly needed a place to stay while sick so I didn't interact much, but I was able to be left alone so that was good. The hot tub was also appreciated.

There was not anything in particular I did not like. I did not have a sign to put up to say that I didn't want to be disturbed so one of the people came to clean while I was there. She did knock a few times first but apparently didn't hear me. It was fine though. The blinds were a bit messed up and there is a light behind the building that can be distracting at night, but it is blockable.

This is a clean, accessible, low cost room with a comfortable bed and decent shower. Our room had a nice big tub as well. Kind of a lover's motel, it has been a solid choice for us several times when traveling through.

Cigarette smell at times during the night, but we discovered it was due to people smoking outside their non-smoking room. Not sure what can be done. The decor is kind of a blend of too many colors, but all was clean and comfortable.

I was afraid that because the cost was so low, it would be a dive. Not the case at all. We had to be at St. Joesph's Hospital for 8 a.m. So we more or less just needed a bed and bathroom.... Our room had a Full Size Kitchen stove, microwave and fridge ! Our bathroom was as big as at home. and to top that all of , we were just 11 minutes from the hospital ! Win Win for us .

There could have been an extra blanket in the closet for added comfort. That is all I can think of .

Good space, perfect tub for 2, fridge and microwave included. Staff was accommodating when we woke late and needed a late check out, as well as front staff remembered my allergy and asked to be sure everything was good in that area. It was.

The room was musty due to poor ventilation, but it was being checked by management as soon as I told them. Bed was not comfortable for me. However, I have a bad bavk and need super soft, which I did not inform the hotel about first, so that's on me

Honestly, this is an old building, from an almost forgotten past. It is very clean and cared for. Recent paint. Comfortable bed. Fridge and microwave. Quality tv. The parcking lot is in good condition. The other guests were quiet and respectful.. Exceptional value for what we paid. This is not a high end hotel and does not pretend to be. It is a good place to stay.

Petty things only to put here. Only one chair in the room. Not enough towels. I am convinced that a simple ask would have solved that

the room was huge lots of space to sit and relax, great hot tub to soak in, lots of lights. great front office staff. the bed was comfortable. did not know if i would like the round bed with a thin mattress but i fell asleep quickly and had a great sleep

the shower head was not high enough for me and the shower water pressure was not very much. a coffee maker would of been nice. booked on booking.com when I booked the add said that was the last room available for that day. looked again the day before my booking and saw the same add for $20 less. felt like i was ripped off by booking.com

Location was handy to restaurants and shopping. Older motel but very well maintained and very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I had originally booked two rooms , one for myself and one for an associate who did not make the trip. When I checked in I told the lady to charge me for both rooms as I had committed to them. She said that if she was able to re rent the second room she would refund that extra room for me. Lucky for me she was able to rent the extra room and true to her word she refunded that room charge for me. I am extremely pleased by their efforts and honesty!

Newer, softer bath towels would be appreciated

The staff was very attentive and helpful. We have electric assist bikes and they suggested we could lock them in the laundry room overnight which we did for the 2 nights. We needed an extra face cloth too and Abi brought it to us. Really nice people! The location is in walking distance to banks, restaurants and stores.

There were a lot of plugs in the room but no where to sit when drying my hair. The love seat and bed were both too far for the cord to reach.

I love the location. The room was great. I was on second floor but it was great. The staff was friendly and very accommodating.

I didn't like that there was no chairs to sit outside. They don't restock if your there for 2 nights example toilet paper. The bed was comfortable but I kept loosing my pillow because it's a round bed. Lol

The hot tubs can’t be beat. We’ve gone to many hotels with hot tubs and none were as well-maintained, quiet and clean as this place. We’ve been here 3 times and always great. Beds comfortable.

Bathrooms could use a little love. Old caulking, and the bidet doesn’t look great. Some electric outlets, their top plugs were loose, like a power cord wouldn’t stay plugged in.
