How helpful and friendly the staff were and especially with my daughter

I don't own a credit card and has to get my family to fill out form for credit card and first time didn't work and the credit card wasn't accepted at the hotel from the bank and it was very stressful I'm on disability and can't own a credit card so I feel like I should of been able to use my debit MasterCard to hold the room It was frustrating and stressful on my daughter who 13

Location in the south of London was easy to get to. The lobby is large and airy with good seating. Lots of parking when I was there. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and there was no noise.

I was a late booking (day of) and my room ended up being in the older part which is a bit of a hike with luggage. The carpet in the hallway was ripped in some places. I’ve stayed in the renovated / newer area before and it is much nicer.

Beautiful king room. Modern and clean. Large TV and comfortable bed. Restaurant bar downstairs.

Worst pillows ever. Do yourself a favour and bring your own? So many review complaints about their pillows, but they don’t change them. They do look nice though. * Bar charged me $18 for a small sangria. Outrageous price*

I liked the clean room, and the body wash in the showers. I liked that the hotel was easily accessible from both sides of the main road and very close to the highway. My stay was very quiet - the hotel is very large and I stayed on a far left wing of the first floor. Parking was not an issue, and I felt safe leaving my car parked outside.

I was told on check-in that housekeeping was available on request, and during my stay housekeeping came in without my knowledge. I didn't mind the bed freshening and new towels but would have liked to know so that my personal belongings were not out.

The hotel staff were amazing! It was my best friends birthday and they went out of thier way to send a birthday surprise and just make us feeling special

It was a long hallway walk to get to our room from the front. Would have made more sense for them to tell us where to park to better fit where our room was

Front desk staff was very welcoming. It was very clean. Our room was clean. And comfortable.

I didn’t like that I only had one facecloth. For the two days two of us were staying. I like the environment initiatives however when spending a lot of money for a stay away (only an hour from home) I want to feel like the hotel isn’t just saving money and saying it’s for the environment. I still want towels and toiletries.

Restaurant cook did an amazing job cooking my 14oz steak: well done. Well cooked : thick steak and no reddish color at all; excellent cooking job and excellent taste too.

The bed was amazing! Comfortable bed with ample pillows - all smelling like bleach (CLEAN!). Staff was very friendly - both lobby staff at check-in/check-out and room service/food delivery.

The hallways are very dated and there was a musty smell in the bathroom, coming from the sink drain. I didn't expect it to feel like a motel, based on the lobby and description. Room was quiet and comfy though!

Great location fairly close to the highway. Very clean. Love the fact you can get your breakfast included, which was a great buffet and a very nice restaurant inside the hotel.

They could’ve done a better job snow ploughing the parking lot.

Location was perfect to what we had planned for the night. Staff was friendly at desk.

The price could have been lower for a Sunday night and very few people at the hotel. Pillows were a little soft and volume on TV was very low even at highest volume.
