Wow.. A little gem hidden in London. I have been coming to London for many years and never saw this hotel. Nothing was wrong with this place. Even the staff were happy to be there. Always smiling, laughing and polite. I will be back, will not stay anywhere else. Love the little kitchen. I love the personal touch of the TV welcoming me to the hotel. Beds so comfy. Breakfast amazing. So many choices. And so good.

Hidden. Took sometime finding it. If there was a restaurant on site this place would be unbeatable.

Preferred place to stay when in London. Close to highway and family. We drive electric so having charging stations is a major draw because of the convenience. We were on the first floor for this visit and while that made it really convenient to get to the car and breakfast, it was a bit noisier because of increased foot traffic. Other than that, we always have a great stay.

Located behind a “peeler bar”. Could use a little more light in some areas of parking lot and better, more secure fencing.

The room was, as always, very comfortable and perfect for what I needed. Decent hot breakfast included.

The electric car charging stations. There is only one Tesla charging station now. Availability for charging is one of the key reasons that I stay at this hotel. The price this time was a lot higher than usual for some reason.

A good spread for breakfast, with options to include eggs, waffles, cereal, choices of cereal, fruits fresh fruit juices. The rooms had fridge, cooker, dishwasher, coffee machines, set of utensils so you can cook meals if you prefer. Bedding were very clean and extra comfortable. We initially went for one night and ended up booking again for another.

Access to the hotel is a bit hidden so had to go around several times before we spotted the entrance.

The staff was very friendly. The woman working at the continental breakfast was great. She was hard working and wonderful at keeping the place clean, the coffee going and the food being refilled as necessary and her nice and lovely personality shone through. A great member of your team! The front desk was also personable. Rooms were clean and well stocked.

It was clean. The evening staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. Different eggs on the 2 days. They accommodated my request for room location.

The entrance was hard to find in the dark. Needs lighted sign by the road. The day staff were a bit abrupt. Not very helpful. Parking was a bit confusing.

The front desk staff was very cheerful and welcoming. Chatting with us upon check-in. The kitchen amenities and seating in our room were perfect for heating and serving our belated Thanksgiving dinner with our 2 older children who are in London for school. The room was spacious enough to have them to dinner, visit and play some card games together. The location was perfect for walking and enjoying some shopping together at all of the stores right next door! All staff we encountered during our stay greeted us and were very friendly. Very convenient and comfortable stay.

Loved the electric car charging stations. We normally stay in this area and do prefer the room layout of the other property but we’re switching to TownePlace because of the charging stations.

The access from the road is not marked. We had to make a couple of attempts to find the only way in.

Really just want to pay a compliment to the all of the staff I encountered during my stay. EVERYONE was so friendly and genuinely wanting to ensure everything was going well with your stay.

A great kitchen in the room with full size fridge and 2 burner induction burner. Beds were comfortable and the breakfast options were good.

Its a bit hard to find initially but there are plenty of signs to get you to the property.
