Room was HUGE, pretty, and extremely comfortable. We got an accessibility room at random, and I report that the bathroom is spacious and had helpful bars near the toilet and in the shower - but there considerations of the placement of facilities to keep in mind (see other part). The showerhead was adjustable and optionally hand-held. Friendly bar service and generally very accommodating and friendly staff. You can pay for breakfast a day at a time/as needed.

I'm pretty sure the Booking account for this place is compromised. I got fishy messages from the chat system that I reported. Additionally, the front desk was impossible to reach by phone; they do not answer when they are speaking to a guest (understandable) but I have also walked by the lobby when no one was at the front desk and the phone was ringing and ringing with no one to answer. Regarding the accessibility room: disclaimer - I do not use a wheelchair. However, the sink seemed at regular height, and the toilet paper at a strange and distant placement even for an able-bodied person. The shower can also easily overflow if you're not careful. I wish there was a cheaper/complimentary breakfast option, since my partner and I don't eat much.

The hotel overall is a very nice hotel. The kids had fun at the pool. The power did go out while we were there which was weird, it wasn't raining or anything. But overall a very nice hotel.

I didn't like that I could see water damage in our room and a lot of it. They didn't do a good job trying to cover that up. 1 of the televisions didn't work. Also they double billed me. So after paying for my reservation they tried to charge me again. I got to the hotel early so I paid an early booking fee. After I checked out they billed me again for the early booking fee. I am still waiting to see if they are going to refund me the double charge

We've never stayed in a room that has a fireplace before, but this was a nice touch! The hotel was close enough to the airport without the chaos of the airport! We only stayed one night but it was pleasant enough and we enjoyed the room and the facilities offered. The parking is free. St Louis Bar and Grill was a short walk down the street. Easy access to the 410 and 401 highways. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel was better value for money than some of the others nearer the airport. We will look to stay here again next time.

There wasn't anything really that we didn't like. The hotel was as-expected and offered good value-for-money.

There is alot to like about this hotel. The rooms are spacious, giving you a seating area with a small couch, tv and fireplace. The sleeping area had a king sized bed, a TV and a desk with a desk chair. A nice sized bathroom. This hotel has alot of ameneties. A pool, a fitness room, laundry room, a restaurant/bar. My favourite amenety is the self serve Nescafe machine and juice machine.

There are a couple of things that may irritate some people. 1. The furniture and decor in the rooms are clean but outdated and the pillows have seen better days (bring your own if you can). 2. The toilet paper is thin paper, I suggest bringing your own 3. The restaurant provides a very limited dinner menu 4. The breakfast buffet unfortunately is not worth the price they ask

Check in was easy. Front desk was professional. My room was spacious, it had a living room with a small couch and coffee table. A fireplace with a TV on the wall. There was a little mini bar station with a sink. Nice size bathroom with plump towels. The king size bed was comfy and there was a TV and desk in the bedroom. The room was clean and had plenty of lighting. They have a nescafe machine and a juice machine available 24 hours which was a nice treat. My 1st night I arrived a little late and hadn't had dinner. Having a restaurant on site that offers room service was really nice.

The pillows were small especially for such a giant bed. There was no alarm clock in the room. The 2nd day around 2pm I tried to order room service again. I was told that room service will not be available until after 5pm because they don't have anyone to cook until that time. I was a little disappointed and hungry so I just ordered from skipthedishes.

A decent hotel at a very good standard, friendly staff and we loved the breakfast buffet - also pricing was good. Many hotels only offer a la carte nowadays so traditional breakfast buffets at hotels are still my preference if I have the choice between two hotels

It is a bit outside but we didn't mind as we had a car anyway and only a quick stay during a roadtrip. But parking was free so that is great as well. If you have a car, perfect, if you want a downtown trip and don't have a car maybe a bit outside.

What really stood out was the staff — everyone I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and genuinely committed to making my stay pleasant. Their warm service made a big difference and helped offset some of the hotel's dated feel.

The room was surprisingly spacious, providing plenty of room to relax and move around comfortably. However, there was a noticeable odor upon arrival, which required running the air conditioning for a few hours to clear out.

We were doing a quick overnight stay, arriving late and leaving the next morning, so we did not have a chance to use all the facilities. We had a car rental, and it was an easy 15 minute drive from the airport with free parking. The front desk staff that evening, and the next morning when we checked out were very pleasant. They offer a breakfast room, where the base fare for a continental breakfast is $9.99 and if you want hot food, you can pay slightly more. We felt it had a good selection, and the attendant was very helpful and friendly. We had a one bedroom suite. It was large, and the king bed was comfortable. The hotel and its furnishings are unusually ornate!

Some of the furniture was showing a bit of wear and tear, but nothing significant.

The space was amazing as a family. The beds were comfortable, two TV’s amazing.. the bathroom was clean n loads of towels to take us for even a week of we were to stay there for a week. The staff were amazing, the front office manager was helpful n I can say is a good problem solver n a good listener.

There was nothing wrong as far as I’m concerned. My husband n son loved this property.

Fantastic staff, very helpful and quick to respond when we needed extra pillows. The room was much bigger than expected with a separate sitting room, microwave and 2 TVs. We didn't try the breakfast but ordered dinner from the restaurant and it was delicious. There were events in the attached hall both nights but we didn't hear a thing. Pool was great.

Parking may be a bit tight at night because of the events going on but we still found spots.
