We were met by the manager, Suja, and she was warm and welcoming. When we asked her questions or needed anything extra (we had asked if she had a kettle for us to use) she came through with a smile. Beds were comfortable and our rooms (we had 2) were clean. Lovely property that we could walk along the sandy shoreline and watch the sunset.

Toilet seat tended to slide sideways but the room was otherwise fine. If you're a light sleeper, you might hear the traffic going by, but I had earplugs so it was fine (and the others I was traveling with didn't notice it).

I like being called earlier to book in because we we're randomly shopping but ready to stay at our room earlier. It was a very warm day and we totally enjoyed the beach and your new muskoka . We were very well relaxed on your clean beach Your price was very reasonable for our 1 night stay. A must again for the next time. THANK YOU 😊

I understand this is under new ownership, and we can tell there putting work and renovation into the place . The only thing that caught our attention was the musky smell in the room, but with future renovation, I'm sure this could be corrected . Besides this it was clean and did the job for our needs.

The staff person was kind and friendly. The sandy beach on the property was really lovely and my daughter enjoyed swimming. The location was very convenient- close off the highway and to downtown yet quite quiet. I liked how there were lots of muskoka chairs and fire pits and picnic tables arranged on the spit, good ambience. The room was small but clean. The bed was comfortable; the shower had nice hot water; microwave and fridge were convenient.

I don’t have anything negative to say. I have to come back to North Bay at the end of the summer and I would most likely book here again.

The location is amazing. The hotel has a private beach with plenty of seating and fire pits right by the water's edge. We arrived after the office was closed and the nice lady waited up for us to be sure we were all set. The room was large and comfortable. I will definitely return.

The view and location are perfect, the beach is clean, the outise equipments are in perfect condition. The personnel is very sweet. Our room was clean and cozy.

Not being there longer, we had a night in sudbury just before if only we had known!!!!

Everything in this place is great. Good location, good value for the money, accommodating staff. Its close to a Metro, Tim Hortons, McDonalds and other restaurants, beaches and lots more. Definitely thinking of coming back.

The washroom in the motel is outdated but its clean and does the job which is what's important.

Size of cottage, deck and great views. Cottage had everything we needed. Restaurant right across the street.

Should be mirrors in all the bedrooms. Access to the beach was a bit challenging from our cottage. Stairs were great but should consider a stable walk way down to the lake

The cottage layout was perfect for our family of 4 adults, a baby, and a toddler. We were there for 2 nights. Very close to restaurants and shopping. We stayed in the lakeview cottage, and it had a gorgeous view of the lake. We will most likely rent again in the summer months.

We love it there. Everything was just perfect! We were even able to bring our dog, and there was no issues whatsoever. We will go back again, the owners are so nice and helpful. Thanks again for a much needed mini vacay in beautiful North Bay! 🌞
