We love the location. We have stayed here on more than one occasion and we had a good experience both times we stayed. Very spacious room, clean, quiet, and comfortable. Nothing fancy but it looks like it has a cute setup for bigger functions with lots of rooms and golf on site😁.

Complaints would be limited to slower wifi and a small selection of channels/choices for TV( there is cable though). Warning the tv will not hook up to a laptop for more accessible streaming channels or play a DVD. The lighting is not great. Neither of these is a deal breaker for us. If you have kids or special needs individuals who would be spending more time in the room,then it may be more of a problem.

Definitely could have been a lot cleaner; outside of the main entrance, rooms overall (bed was clean and comfy), things are a little dated which is fine, but some things need to be replaced because they're looking dirty.

I like that the pool was open this time of our stay......the location is good...

the place is older and it shows areas that need work.....what bothered me during this stay was the garbage on ground that people thrown down and our downstairs patio area outside our room had cigarette butts al over it.....

Good continental breakfast. Friendly and accommodating staff. Assisted us in getting taxi ride back after Block Party in downtown North Bay on Saturday night.

Pool not open. Old, outdated facility

The cost

Toilet was plugged and took more than 4 hours to get someone to look at it. I told front desk about it when I was leaving for a few hours and when I arrived back it was not fixed..had to tell fron desk again

A bit dated but was clean, good value for price the pool was good and reception provided towels. pool is outdoors but heated, staff was friendly at reception the lady at restaurant was amazing, infact gave a North bay souvenir to the kid, friendly chef. was better then the 8.3 rating hotel i stayed at pervious night in Sudbury. sbed was comfortable .

washrooms are small, no bottle of water provided.

We would recommend Ramada to our friends and family that how much we enjoyed our stay and also we will most definitely book again when we are in that area.

Extra large room with love seat and chair . King size mattress was excellent.

One stone tile in bathroom should be replaced . I am a renovator. Corners were showing signs of needing of touch ups .

Rooms could use better cleaning. ex. emptying and washing coffee pot and filter. It was dirty when we arrived and the same on our second day with no refilling of coffee envelopes in the room.
