I dont know why some of the reviews are bad. Especially the stories about the prost***es and 0 noise cancellation. Its not. First of all, hotel in the center of the city, which is comfortable. The hotel is clean, and the receptionist was polite and helpful. The room - is really crean, the bedsheets was clean and “not smelly” at all. The conditioner was not loud and sleep was not bad. The only two minuses: small bed, and not comfy pillows to sleep. Hotel Team, please change the pillows, because they are really not comfy. But the rest in general good. To be honest, we were firstly scared to book a room here, but after watching all of the reviews, we decided that lets not believe all of the reviews. If you are looking for a average hotel for a good price, this hotel is one of.

Easy to find, comfortable although the cooling unit aas tricky as it seemed the forced air heating was slso on. Odd as the temperatures gave been very warm. It was clean quiet and parking in front if the building.

I asked for extra coffee packets and we didnt get them . Breakfst ends at 0930 which was too early for us. Only one shampoo and conditioner for 2 people . They never told us about a restsurant attached to the hotel that woukd have saved us some time. We did onlone cgdckin and we still had to do the same thing in person so it did not save us anytime.

Super 8s can be a little dodgy but this one was very clean and comfortable, it looked newly furnished. Very close to the Sarnia crossing in/out of US, just s few minute drive and you are at the bridge. Check in easy, shower was good, bed was comfortable. For a one night stay it was great.

Breakfast only until 9:30am, not a lot in the area except a McDonald's across the street

The location was very close to where we had to go, so that was a bonus. Breakfast was over by the time we got to check out, so never experienced breakfast. The staff was accommodating enough, so all was good there.

There was no ice machine for us to get ice for our room, so fortunately we bought some with us. Plus the night we were there, it was raining really hard, and the access to the front door, was hindered by construction, so we got very wet making our way to our car.

Very clean outside the location is great

The only thing I didn’t like was the front counter gentleman I went to see if I can get a coffee at 6:15 AM and he goes no because it doesn’t open until 630 but he was sitting there eating breakfast and having coffee and whatever is waffle and I just wanted a cuppa coffee because I want to leave out the door that was the only downfall like I didn’t think a cuppa coffee was going to do a lot of damage, but overall everything was OK

My family and I stayed at the hotel for 3 days. The room was very comfortable, and the service was very attentive, always very helpful. The location is excellent. I highly recommend it.

Only breakfast could have more options, like fruit for example, but overall it is good.

Clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel allows pets. Beds and pillows were comfortable, lots of hot water for showers.

Needs to have a garbage container at the back door for matrons that walk and pick up after their pets. An encouragement for people to pick up and dispose of poop from the pets. Making people walk to the far corner of the property doesn’t encourage people to clean up after their pets.

Room with king bed on main floor we requested was smoked in. { yes, very stinky} We got another room but only 2 double beds, nice and clean [but no discount for no king bed} Quiet area, good WiFi, breakfast, parking, walking distance to Imperial Theater 4 blocks, as was very nice gallery

Breakfast was good, all the staples. Easy to grab and go if needed or to sit and eat.

The bathroom was not the cleanest. Curtains are just not great for multiple people using. Are the shower curtains cleaned after each guests?? An update to glass doors or walk in is needed.

clean rooms and bedding. For the small bathroom the shower didn’t feel tight; Good shower pressure It had a very big mini fridge!. Would use again as the price was great for our short stay.

The bed was not comfortable- it sank in, in the middle and the pillows were hard.
