Room and facilities were all very nice and well maintained. Room was large and bathroom was very nice.

The free parking is a but of a walk away, but you could always pay the extra to park in the lot beside the building.

After several days staying in roadside motels it felt like a real treat to stay here. The rooms where very comfy and it was great watching the thunder and lightning tucked up in bed that night. We thought the on site restaurant was very good indeed and it was very helpful to have laundry facilities available when you’re on a long road trip.

Hotel, check in staff all great. Restaurant a bit of a cluster. Extremely slow service. Breakfast was terrible. My husband & I were seated before 2 large tables of 8 & 10. They had coffee & orders taken before we saw a waitress. We walked out after 45 minutes of no service. Restaurant 2 blocks away. We were in & out with excellent service in less than an hour.

Just a little over priced is all. A free breakfast would be nice to have included. Not a lot of convenient upper parking..for bigger vehicles/ moving trucks etc.

The hotel is very clean and the bartender at the Cafe' and Bar was fantastic. She was also responsible for serving us customers that were sitting at separate tables and not the bar and she did a fantastic job of taking good care of us.

The biggest drawback of this hotel is the parking situation. If you are not fortunate enough to get one of the 15 parking spots next to the hotel you will need to park offsite and walk ~3 blocks to get to and from your vehicle. This should be corrected as there is a pay parking lot directly adjacent to the hotel but not complimentary for hotel guests (

Beautiful location on the waterfront. Bright and open spaces, rooms were on the small side of usual hotel rooms but appeared clean and stocked. We were given an accessible room as a result of availability and the bathroom was very open and generous. This was probably the reason the rest of the room felt small.

There was no “free parking” spaces left by the time we checked in and the waterfront location with condos and a marina left little room for other options. There was a $25/night (still not secure) parking a maze of a drive away.

The hotel is clean, well maintained, beautiful view. We booked it with the breakfast included option, however the staff at the restaurant were confused and told us to pay for breakfast. After speaking to the receptionist they apologized for an error as the breakfast was included in the price, they got confused as the booking was made through a third party”Booking.com” The breakfast was very good, big portions.

Beds and room very comfy, towels fluffy. Excellent Location.Sunday brunch amazing. Breakfast choices fantastic. and Dinner was so lovely.Loved the water bottles and coffee in the room. View of the water was so refreshing. Walk to the town with all stores and restaurants.Such a lovely hotel and great friendly staff.

Information about available services or those we did not qualify for because I was not a member of the Marriott Club Program was never discussed until we attempted to use. I felt continual pressure to join the Marriott Club Program. I could not join anyway as you would not accept the correct spelling of my name, disappointing considering this is 2023. Check in was not customer related. Some staff were very pleasing to deal with following check in. I did book the stay online and felt I was making the booking direct with Delta Marriott, but learned this was not true.
