I liked how my room had a kitchen, although I had to buy my own cooking supplies, and how spacious it was. The room was clean when we arrived. It was a different type of room I’d normally get but I like how nice the room was. And the layout was pretty unique. Lastly, my stay was quiet and no noise complaints at all. Would recommend this hotel over all the others I’ve stayed at in town😊

I wish the tv had more channels or at least been upgraded to something more to date. So, I had to use an alternate way to watch shows I’d like to watch instead of flicking through channels not knowing exactly what you want to watch. Unless you have photographic memory. The soap was another thing I didn’t like, as it dried out my skin so I had to buy dove brand soap and it was resolved. And lastly, the house keeping.. It threw me off a bit there because I found it odd that you have to request to have a room cleaned instead of doing so automatically everyday. By knocking on the door.

The hotel is very well located close to the airport and many stores within walking distance. The property had lots of parking spots and was super easy to find. We liked that they offered a free airport shuttle service and the staff were very helpful. The hotel did have a laundry facility which made extended stays very easy.

The breakfast at the hotel was very basic and we pool was extremely small for the size of the hotel. The hotel did get very busy on weekends and the rooms did not get serviced, unless specifically requested and even then, then only changed the towels.

I’ve stayed in many hotels in Thunder Bay. The staff at reception are some of the nicest I’ve come across in TBay.

Breakfast choices weren’t that great.

The room was spectacular, great view, well laid out, modern, clean, comfortable, good lighting, spacious and the kitchenette was amazing.

Needs a hot tub

Brand new hotel with new smells. Comfortable bed, kitchenette, clean bathroom and quiet. Still waiting on my $250 deposit back.

Extra $250 deposit for room. Pool is for toddlers.

Breakfast was well organized and fresh.

Rooms were large, I was surprised that a 2 bedroom room was 1 room with a curtain, that was surprising

Wasn’t a safe in the room, if you don’t specifically ask for your room to be made up, it won’t get done, after 3 days the garbages in our were overflowing, o. Our last day we went to turn the dishwasher door wasn’t closing. Beds felt a little lumpy, I think they are due for mattress changes

great location, beautiful new hotel. we had a king suite that was stunning! So well appointed and designed. We had a fabulous sleep as the mattress and pillows were wonderful. so many good things to say!

The entrance was a little obscure.

The breakfast that it offered in the morning was great. There was a variety of things to choose from. They pool was perfect and relaxing after a long day of traveling and the room was spacious.

I wouldn't change anything about our stay. It was amazing.

Property was clean, staff were excellent, very friendly.

I didn’t like that there was no restaurant/bar, but there was one within walking distance. Then they didn’t have a water station to fill our water bottles. They allowed you to use the water out front, but it had fruit in it, which I don’t mind, but prefer regular filtered water.
