Staff was great. Pool was great for my family. Location of hotel was great.

Every door besides the main entrance was a emergency door with an alarm. Made my wife and I feel trapped. Also some guest didn't care about the alarms so they would go off throughout the night. Had to go quite a bit of distance to get to my vehicle and to the room. Plz add key card access to some of these doors so the guest don't feel so trapped. Thank you.

We enjoyed the room was really nice as was the pool and hot tub.We kind of feel that if you have a good breakfast special you should maybe do more to make your guest more awhere.We didn’t know you offered breakfast in any form so we went elsewhere for breakfast .

Staff were accommodating with my request for a quiet floor, we had 2 rooms and were given rooms that were side by side. Room was very comfortable, and quiet, large and clean. Beds were very comfortable.

There were two large stains on the carpet from something being spilled and I felt they could have been cleaned easily and didn't need to be there.

My only real complaint is the pillows. They are all overfilled with chopped foam which is hard to get comfortable on. Poor sleep and a stiff neck greets you in the morning. I should have complained and gotten a better pillow. There was road construction out front which continued until midnight. That's not their fault but all in all it wasn't the sleep I was hoping for.

Everything was good - would have liked more consistent room services (making bed/changing sheets, facecloths, shampoo, coffee/cups). All staff and nanagement went out of their way to make sure you were satusfied.

Staff are super helpful. Love that there are multiple security guards on the premises at all times. Pool amenities are great. New floors are awesome!

Pillows could be better and perhaps some mattress toppers but honestly not that bad.

The lady at the front desk was very helpful in helping us find local attractions to see, even printing out places to go. The restaurant had good food & the waiter was very friendly & helpful in deciding on some local cuisine. The room was comfortable & clean

It was easy to find and convenient to travel further on west . Staff was friendly and helpful . The supper at restaurant was delicious, I had the meatloaf and loved it . Hotel was quiet during the night , no kids running the hallway .

The room was fine. It had a full service restaurant which was great after the long drive to Thunder Bay. The pool was heated and had a jacuzzi which was great.

Very busy !

Bring a fan if you have a pool side room., can get pretty humid in there. Luckily the staff accommodated us with one with no hesitation.
