Room - those located close to elevator are not good as the sound get into the room. We had to change the room, staff was very helpful and then all was OK. Pool - good but, I don't get, why there is no showers and changing room. Quality of the water was heavily impacted by hygiene habits of users - not good.

Pool water cleanness and missing showers and changing room. Also a bit weird to have in pool area textile couch and armchairs. Cleaning service shall be done hourly. Otherwise nice warm and great outdoor pool.

Nice restaurants on site and ready access to skiing on site. Very helpful in setting up taxi rides to local activities since we did not have a car. Loved the fireplace in the main lobby where a good sized fire was maintained on some very cold nights

Seemed like out of all of the rooms on the fifth floor, a family other kids and a baby got placed right next to us. I had not seen anyone else on our floor while we were there. Would it have been possible to put at least an empty room between us to make it. More quiet, peaceful experience?

The location. Surrounded by nature. Facilities were great.

One day we decided to go to the breakfast buffet at the hotel and there were alot of flies. The flies were all around the food, especially the cheese plates, bread and preserves. We have had breakfast here before, but never seen that many flies around and in some cases on the food. We felt disappointed and disgusted by the experience.

The aquatic centre was the highlight of our stay since we had kids in our group. Also loved the attention to environmental care such as the master switch to ensure all lights were turned off when leaving the room, easy to find recycling bins and motion sensor lighting in the hallways. Beds were comfy too.

The need to bring your room key to move between pools was a bit of an annoyance but manageable. Note - no changing area that we could find in the pool area so you should bring a robe or borrow one from the front desk.

Everything, this stay was the best one since I moved to Canada. I have experience staying at hotels in Ontario, Quebec, and New Brunswick. The people, experience, attention, and attitude were awesome. Will book again 100%.

I liked everything from the start when an incredibly nice lady (how could I forget her name) greeted my wife and me, and till the last minute.

A nice, spacious, and clean room equipped with a small kitchenette. The beds were comfortable and reasonably sized. Breakfast was enjoyable, and the staff were very polite.

The rooms may soon require minor upgrades. While nothing significant is needed, some of the equipment and furniture are beginning to show signs of wear.

Very practical and beautiful hotel. You find everything that you expect from a ski vacation, easy access to slopes and a good restaurant... Thermal bath, pool and game room make it fun for the kids too.

The restaurant can be fully booked at busy days, and they didnt have the staff to do room service. Either book beforehand or be ready to pick up your dinner.

Spacious room and convenient services.

I was travelling with my mother who has mobility issues. I asked for a room with handicap access. The bathtub had a plastic seat, but getting into the bathtub was very difficult. I was picturing a walk in shower. I had to provide my own toilet adapter. I know Mont Ste. Anne is not a usual place for the elderly or the handicapped, but my stay there was not as easy as I had hoped.

Beautiful hotel! Well planned out modern room. Grand entrance with convenient restaurant and kind staff. Close to arena and hiking trails.

There was a hot water situation almost all weekend. Water had to be run for at least 20 minutes before it would turn warm to shower.

Everything - clean, convenient, spacious rooms, great staff, decent restaurant, nice game room. Fantastic place - we are definitely going back!!!

Our room was far from the elevators, but that was ok. Amazing place
