The size of the unit. i booked an apartment with mezzanine and it came with kitchen (complete with plates and cutleries.

There is no support during the night. We had problem with the heating and air-con and tried calling reception but they dont have one after 6pm. Went to the reception area and it was closed. Called 7777 on the phone located in front of the reception to report the problem and was not they dont have anyone on call and to call 8am the next day and just to open a window.

It was an amazing apartment hotel, very clean and spacious. We didn't cook anything, but the kitchen contained everything needed for cooking and even baking a cake. The bathroom and toilet were amazingly clean. The beds were very comfortable, and the apartment was bright. I loved my stay there, and I will definitely be back again.

The sofa bed for the fifth person was not that comfortable

Excellent location, convenient underground parking, spacious apartment. Super helpful service, if anything is off, the staff is quick to offer a fix (replace toaster, have extra lamp etc)

The room is rather dark, i had to ask for an extra lamp, but even with that it’s hard to e.g read on the sofa, as it barely has any light in the evening.

Easy check-in, privacy, quietness and Location to the Basicilla of St. Anne De Beaupre were all big plusses for this location.

The disc golf facilities were closed... but not a big problem for us.

Price performance for the location there's no market near it so I recommend to bring all what it is necessary before check in

It would be nice if my request of have close rooms, at least in the same block, would be fulfill. In my case there were 2 rooms/apartments in different buildings.

Surrounding beauty.

Cafeteria food prices were way out of line. $6 for a regular cup of coffee in a paperclip cup? Delemonte fruit cup for $4.50 plus 20% tax on everything,? Not impressed.

The property was clean, and easy to get around. The snow removal team did an excellent job keeping pathways and roadways clear.

I have nothing negative to say about the property.

Love this place. This was the second year in a row we come here and it's amazing every time. I wish they had a pool with a spa or a jacuzzi in every suite. I would pay extra for that.

Hard not to like. They should have a breakfast delivery service. Charge 20 CAD for to have breakfast dropped at your front door.

Close to major attractions

Broken toaster and pool chemicals were completely out of whack. Headache and soar throat within 2 min. Safety hazard

The facility is designed for skis lovers: there is a locker to store the stuff, enough place to put everything you need. The apartment has EVERYTHING you might need, including all the appliances and dishes. The location is just great - ski trails are in 3 minutes drive, Quebec is 40 min drive, there are waterfalls, free ice-rink.
