Very charming. Birds chirping, peaceful and quiet in the morning. So relaxing. Beautiful pool and chairs to chill in the afternoon.

Cafeteria staff was lovely :) I was able to eat a decent breakfast however the options could be a little better. The fruit salad could be fresh and not out of a can - or even just fresh strawberries or pineapples - bananas were available at all time.

The hotel is located in a nice place surronded by a lawn with playground and a swimming pool. The staff is very friendly. For breakfast there was a nice choice of different products.

It would be nice to have rooms with windows to open because it gets stuffy

Pool was awesome. Great way to re-energize. Breakfast was convenient and plenty of food.

Breakfast menu could have been varied a little bit. Our 5 breakfasts offered same food everyday. I am a bread addict and would have loved some great bread like bagettes.

Located in a very pittoresque area of town. Pointe à Pic was quite a revelation with it's waterfront, park and trail, bridge, train station, Casino and Fairmont Le Manoir Richelieu all located within walking distance. The hotel is a charming older inn located on a parcel of land surrounded by trees. Our room was very clean, odor free. Great Wi-fi, comfortable beds and pillows. Amazing buffet breakfast with fresh croissant and a large selection.

The artwork on the walls was somewhat dated and made the room look older than it is. Could use better lighting in the parking lot and in the driveway leading to the hotel. It was a bit spooky walking in the dark after the sun had set.

Excellent customer service, with neat and clean rooms and washrooms. The location was great for relaxing, surrounded by trees and a nice swimming pool. Breakfast was included and was good.

We arrived at 7pm and the pool was already closed so didn't have the chance to use it. Some vegetables at breakfast wood be good.

The office staff was exceptionally helpful. He helped us make golf reservations and boat reservations for the fjord. Extremely kind. Enjoyed the clean pool; the pool attendant was also kind and welcoming.
