It was a great deal, quiet and comfortable.

If I can recommend a couple of things; better lighting around the building would make it more welcoming. As a man, it felt a little creepy, I can only imagine for a woman travelling alone. Also, the TV was hanging precariously and could be better maintained as well as the windows were rattling in the wind before I placed a towel to stop the noise.

Big rooms, clean

A lot of junk in front of the back door, broken chairs and stuff. There is a table where one could sit and have a coffee but it is not pleasant with it all. The hotel is overpriced, we’ve had nice places with breakfast for less.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The rooms had a small bar fridge and microwave, both in good condition. They had updated vinyl flooring and furniture. One room had a fairly new air conditioner while the other had an older one. It cooled the room but dripped water on the floor. Staff advised they are updating the a/c gradually since Covid. They were very accommodating and gave us extra towels to put on the floor. We were totally fine with that. This hotel is right off the highway which is quite convenient. Overall this hotel is good value and we’d stay here again.

Sad old property that has been allowed to run down. Alot of hard work and effort it could easily be brought back. Shame new owners today do not care enough.

INothing to complaint about

Onroute so did not stay for breakfast. Room was quiet and comfortable. Upstairs room and had to use stairs but was directed to parking and a stairway convenient to the room. Building was quiet and secure. Pillows and bed were excellent, very comfy, washroom was fine.

A coffee maker in the room would be nice. May have been one, but I didn't see it. Great value for the money I would stay here again on any road trip from Nova Scotia to Ontario.
