The room is huge and spotless. The bed was comfortable. Slept very well.

Our GPS had us driving in circles through extremely narrow roadways to the hotel. It was very hard to find the hotel . When you do, you realize you don't park in front of it. You have to go inside and get a ticket from the front desk, then go back around and park in underground parking. But the parking isn't just for the hotel. We don't speak French and got on a set of elevators that took us into what I believe was a business. Luckily the people that were leaving work tried to help us and show us how to get into the hotel. One more thing, when on the hotel elevator, you have to scan your room card on a large button in the elevator then push what floor you're going to. Very confusing but we ended up figuring it out. Lol

Very clean, great staff, great room, very clean. I have no complaints about this hotel for my short stay. The check in and check out was effortless and I only stayed for one night so I didn't have time to check out the areas or amenities.

Everything was pretty good, I have no complains. The box says I have to type more, so I'm going to keep typing. Almost there. Just a little more. 75% now. Okay we're nearing the end. Just a few more sentences. Annnnd done!

Very new, sleek and modern style/furnishings. Lots of power outlets and lighting in the room. Spacious bathroom. Hotel restaurant is great. Close to lots of shopping anf services.

No hot tub. No bath tub in the room - they should warn you about that and ask if you are ok with only a shower. Rooms are very stuffy. Everyone in our group of rooms was stuffed up in the morning.

The location was excellent with lots of restaurants, shopping and public transit within steps of the hotel. Our room was the biggest we have ever stayed in at a hotel (we had a one room suite which was enormous). The hotel is newly constructd so everything is clean and new. Staff were great

did not like the fire alarm at 6:30 a.m in the morning. Took an hour to get back into the Hotel. Hope the people that caused the fire alarm got charged with a large fine.

The hotel was very clean and spacious. The room was also clean and comfortable.

There is no complimentary breakfast. You can find complimentary breakfast in cheaper hotels, so it was an unpleasant surprise for us.

It would be nice to leave couple of bottles of water in the rooms. And not having breakfast options

We like the layout, bed comfortable.. bathrooms clean, fresh and well laid out.

One of the end tables was wobbly and looked like someone had loosened the screws. We forgot to tell them but it was not a deal breaker.

Everything is close by. Park. Restaurants. Shopping. Plus, the pool and gym were great for the kids. Amazing place. Would recommend for families.

The location is excellent, and the hotel was very clean throughout. The staff were courteous and professional, which added to the positive impression.
