a) The room had absolutely everything I needed, fully equipped and convenient to use b) The staff was prompt to reply and helpful. Easy communication via WhatsApp c) Nice location and safe surroundings d) The room was exactly as booked and matched the description and pictures provided

a) The online check-in through their app failed, but staff was quick to deliver a plastic room key. b) The biggest issue is that I was not able to store my luggage. With check-in time after 4pm and check-out 11am it would be nice to be able to safely store the bags for some hours, but there was no such service. c) No basic room service. Not an issue for short stays, but my stay was 2 weeks long, it would be nice to have at least one cleaning service during that long period.

Central. Rooms with practically all kitchen facility. Located in the best area downtown with a great variety of restaurants.

Check in was 16:30 without exception. Reached at 0800 am the hotel after 12 hours flight , the hotel Werfy also check in but the company is a company within a company and the one I booked with booking was the secondary company and the assistance is only by telephone and difficult to speak to anyone. The primary hotel have a reception and they are very responsive. The secondary administration don’t offer parking where the first one does and you have a person standing in front of you. All was great in the room otherwise. They don’t offer room cleaning. Did not see anyone during my 7 day stay But they have washing and Dryer machines on the rooms so one can wash the towels. .

The location was great! 20mins walk to city centre and near the Metro

No storage facilities for bags after check out !

Very comfortable, well furnished apartment with a design kitchen in a newly developed neighbourhood, good restaurants nearby, well connected to public transport

The digital check-in; the loading down of my digital key did not function due to a technical problem not on my side; apparently for most people it worked out, however, a good service shows up, when there is a problem: in my case finally the local staff gave me traditional electronic keys, but WERFY did not provide the location where to find it, actually apartment 408, the hotel reception did it. And some more hangers would be useful.

I really enjoyed my stay at the WERFY Luxury Apartment Hotel. The apartment was clean, cozy, and located in Griffintown, just a short walk from many downtown Montreal attractions. The price was very reasonable, especially compared to booking just a room—you get an entire apartment with the convenience of a washer and dryer. Whenever I needed extra towels or toiletries, I just had to call or text, and they were provided quickly. Check-out was straightforward, between 9 am and 11 am. Overall, a comfortable and affordable option in a great location!

Not having windows curtains that can be pulled in the living area.

The room was incredible, corner unit with view of the water high floor. Clean, the AC is strong, the balcony is very much welcomed. Wash and Dry machine was a win. It was very clean, even the window is -clean. Feel almost like a brand new unit. The bed was great. It felt like an upgrade a quasi-1-bedroom rather than studio. We will come back again!

The TV didnt work but we didnt need it. There was no reception, but there was a hotel in the same building, the staff of the hotel was able to assist and told me that I can just download this app and will be able to access the room through the app (all this information was in the reservation which I didnt read). It took a while to understand but once we did, it was very easy.

Parking was not available for me, yet 3 min parking was reachable with easy access Nespresso machine was not functioning correctly, when I contacted them they replace it after 24 hours not right away One of the sheet was not clean, some stain on it There is no door to be locked on main bedroom , only carpet! The windows were not sound isolated, hence I can hear the car noise all the time, in addition black out carpets were not fully 100% black all the sun light in the morning By the way there are two companies running this apartments WERFY and Griffintown hotel !

As said previously in my recent comment post my first stayed in this hotel. The staff is amazing, always available by text. The back view of the canal is also very interesting. This time it was an executive room therefore bigger with beautiful natural light coming from 2 walls in windows. Very clean and comfortable. This time we also had a stove separated from the microwave easier to use and an island with stools. My husband complains about not being able to close all the curtains and having too much sun in… But I totally disagree with him :D ! If you love light and view, don’t hesitate! It’s a place to live!

Cause this time I must admit our sofa was not comfortable. The coffee machine was not working perfectly plus the sound of the train and the REM were loud BUT the WERFY staff were nice enough to recognize the issue and upgraded us in an executive plus room back to the from view of downtown with 2 bathrooms and 2 rooms and a nice sectional (canapé in L) it honestly made up for the disagreement!

Location, size and comfort. Had everything we needed for a one week stay!

Check in was stressful as it is all digital and we didn’t get proper communication for digital check in procedures prior to arrival. We had to call an administration number and had a bit of a run around to speak with someone at first. Once we arrived, we finally spoke to someone and from that point on the communication was great!

BEST SERVICE EVER! Yasmine and Dania from customer service will do everything to assure you a perfect stay. Small amenities or bigger apartments are really well thought and done. We are severe when it comes to hygiene and this place is amazingly clean, smell good, beds and linens are also comfortable. Everything is there to make you feel little like home if you want to cook otherwise location can’t be better with plenty of groceries stores, bars and restaurants around… And the VIEW! Don’t hesitate and reserve your stay, you won’t regret it!
