It’s a unique hotel, you technically have more than a room, is a 3 level house, entryway the first level, living room small kitchen and dining area in the second level and the bedroom and bathroom on the top level, beautiful view, access to garden and the host was very friendly and helpful, everything is at a 15 minutes walk, so it’s a great location, very quite all day long. If we go back to Montreal we are definitely staying here again.

It’s not a complaint it’s just for the record, the stairs to the third level (bedroom and bathroom) were open, the side that faced the dining area had a beautiful glass wall, but the kitchen area was open so it felt a bit dangerous at times but you get use to it. If you drop your phone it may go all the way to the first level, so we didn’t let our dog to come up the stairs, or be around the kitchen area we carried her up the stairs.

great location - perfect for a group of friends travelling. Clean and cozy. Owner is kind and attentive to travelers needs. There is parking near by for a fee or free parking on the street. The yard is cute as well and there's a heated terrasse.

The only thing I would raise is that there was only 1 toilet paper roll in the room (we were a group of 5 people) - not a big deal as we were able to get some more. If you do check in here, just make sure you check this before the middle of the night.

A cute little gem in Griffintown! Great location for walking and exploring the city, and easy access to the metro system as well. Our room was quite small but was all we needed for a two night stay. The host was incredibly welcoming, kind and helpful. The garden area is fantastic and I'd definitely take advantage of it on a future visit.

The owner Mikhaïl was absolutely fantastic. Always available, friendly, very knowledgeable about the surroundings . Outside garden was beautiful.

All I can say it was the weather. Rained a lot and was humid, otherwise We loved everything else

A small place in downtown, close to a lot of places, with everything, including city views and gardens.

The climbing of stairs, but that's because I'm growing older. But you get used to it.

At first we were a little worried as the space did not match the listing but the host - Michel - was attentive, apologetic, and ensured we got what we booked! It's a gorgeous boutique space in a cool location. It's a quirky place; not like a chain hotel but more of a boutique, with its own character. Gorgeous art, super comfortable beds, and a friendly owner make the space special. I beleive there are 4 units in total here, and would stay here again/reccommend the place.

Soundproofing between the units was a concern one night, with loud upstairs neighbours. They did quiet down by midnight, so nothing to worry about too much.

Owner is very helpful. Location is quite convenient.

There is no microwave and kitchen stuff or laundry facilities.

We absolutely loved our stay! The owner was incredible welcoming and informative. The room was large and comfortable! Would definitely recommend to others travelling!

the street was all torn up. hard to get to our place and very noisy. obviously, not their fault. it’s a walk to the garage, but it was a totally safe area.

Beautiful and peaceful place in the middle of Montréal, close to the old ports . Great backyard we have been relaxing after our tour. Michael, the owner has been super helpful and flexible to adapt to our needs and planning.
