The location and value of being a 20 minute walk from different neighborhoods (Old Montreal, Little Burgundy) as well as the train station were great. It’s also lovely to see the construction cleaned up and some great grocery nearby to get snacks and drinks for the room and to explore. Rooms were spotless and we had room 1802 which offers a wonderful view of the five roses sign. Staff were also very responsive to our requests like leaning luggage while we explore and after checkout.

It would be nice to see amenities like bottled water in the fridge. I had a snag with the wifi as well and it was off and on (but not for my partner).

I loved everything. First the parking right under the building- safe if you have a thule box full of skis for example - allows you to roll your suitcases right up to your room. I love the lobby area with the lounge, and the snacks and beverage area, as well as the adjacent juice shop. I used the gym which I had all to myself. And I loved the room, it is so well appointed with perfect furniture, comfy bed, perfect lighting, very modern and well designed bathroom. It had everything I needed, including nice products in the shower and a shower cap.

We had lots of towels and the shampoo/conditioner products were great. Overall, the best part of ALT was the location - 20 min walk to Old Port, 15 min walk to Ste. Catherine street and there was an Adonis supermarket, SAQ (for wine/beer) and a Winners, McDonalds and Dollar Store close by. Super handy! The staff were friendly, polite and helpful.

It would have been nice to have breakfast included for the price we paid - even just a muffin and coffee instead of having to pay. Our room faced a residential building and we could see right into people's home. It was also a bit noisy but that is to be expected given the street view (Peel/Wellington). The room did not have an iron or a mini fridge but we kept our bottles cold by filling up the ice buckets.

lovely lobby, warm and cozy. Very helpful concierge and reception. There is a club next door to experience night life. Daytime the place looks good. Rooms are decent and bright. Well cleaned and well equipped with coffee machine and bar fridge. No bedroom slippers but decent space and good bathroom. One of the much better hotels i have stayed on this trip.

There is a panel between the showers and the beds that is a transparent glass. Showering can be seen from the outside. Twin bed/double beds are more meant for couples or same gender....

Excellent location in a fun area with nice amenities and food options with a lovely view of the iconic Farine Five Roses sign. Comfortable bedding so I definitely plan on buying it as it’s available for purchase. Fantastic gym that has all that’s needed in cardio and weight equipment. It was well maintained. Love the pet friendly policy.

The bathroom lacked hooks to hang towels so I had to use the exceedingly high shower rail. Not ideal for anyone shorter than five foot eight in height. The lack of hooks was bizarre. One of the bedside light’s bulb was deficient.

The staff were friendly and helpful. One front desk staff member named Mod (if I’m correct) even came to my room to help me connect to the Wi-Fi, which I really appreciated. The positive vibe and overall service made my stay pleasant.

Housekeeping took the used towels but didn’t replace them with fresh ones. It wasn’t a big issue since I had enough for my 2-night stay, but I expected it as a standard service.

Due to the fact that we arrived on holidays, we didn't get breakfast, but as an apology hotel stuff were given a day of free parking. I also recommend to buy the homemade beer provided by the hotel. The beer is delicious. The location is excellent, 10 minutes to downtown, two minutes to the dog park, 5 minutes to Costco.

There were some inconveniences. First, the room was cold when we arrived and it took quite a long time for our room to warm up. Only in the morning was the temperature comfortable for me. The second is between the washroom and the main room there is a door in which there is a small space. This is not comfortable when you do morning or evening procedures.

The room is stunning and the view from 16th floor is amazing. All the facilities in room seem new and the bed is comfortable. There's no metro around the hotel but it's really close to bus station and brings you to downtown in minutes.

The door for shower room doesn't close up properly, the water comes out from the gap and make the floor messy. The fan in the washroom can be stronger, it's essential when you have a bad dinner.

Hotel was great stay for myself and my kids, didn’t need much more. Comfortable beds and enough space for us all. Location was perfect to walk everywhere we needed to go, for entertainment, food, coffee, etc.

Nothing extra about the hotel. It’s standard feels more like a business hotel, no little special touches, which make a difference.

Really nice hotel, felt more like a small boutique hotel but I know its a chain. Helpful staff, room was spacious and had everything we needed. We bought cream cheese and Montreal bagels and could toast them downstairs and buy hard boiled eggs from the lobby shop along with fresh juice. Really quick and easy breakfast. Bota Bota is a short walk away for a spa day. Would stay again!!
