The place was nice and comfortable, everything was in order and there was plenty of space. Staff was really helpfull and parking was great. They have a prime location and it’s in general really pleasant and nice to stay at the property. We really enjoyed how quiet it is, we had a great night sleep. Several restaurants and services nearby, so you have everything at hand.

Stairs were narrow to get bags in. The floor is a bit weird (uneven) so we tripped several times, it’s just like wavy. There were some dirty spaces in the washroom with traces of dirt specially nesr the toilet and the shower, I just cleaned them with a bit of water before getting in the shower. Bed probably needs to be adjusted, it would sound every time you moved. I was surprised to see there was a heater inside of the closet, so not much space for bags or to accommodate belongings other thatn on the floor or the living room.

I really enjoyed this accommodation. Everything is brand new and in great condition. The price point is great, and I will pick this location over a hotel anytime. Picked based upon the close proximity to the Bell Centre and accommodation space size.

I requested to check in 1 hour early but never received a response after I was directed to message back the day before check in. As well when I went to check in at the designated time the suite was not ready, and I had to track down a cleaner to finish up. Also my partner had a tough time finding parking around the location as there is no onsite parking.

I had a good stay in the unit! The space was clean upon arrival and felt comfortable and homey—perfect for a family stay. The location is a couple minutes from downtown but still conveniently close to public transit, making it easy to get around. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The host was great—quick to respond and communicative throughout the stay. The unit itself felt spacious and bright, with generous room sizes and a great living area.

It was a bit hard to get up to the unit with a lot of luggage as there was no elevator. We were supposed to receive our check-in information the day before, so there was a bit of confusion during the check-in process, but it worked out. It would be nice if there was a reception desk and attendant.

Methods of communication could have been better. If I emailed them I would never get an answer, but if I messaged on the app, which wasn’t always easy to find, they answered. One pillow per guest was interesting. One was super flat and the other super big. It was really hot even though we would turn down the heat. At time of booking, I had made a special request to see if they can do something small for my boyfriend as it was his birthday. I was told it wouldn’t be a problem but then there wasn’t anything.

Location is close to shops and restaurants. Close to the middle of the touristy part of downtown. Unit had everything we needed. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds.

The only problem was check-in. I did not receive any emails about door codes and other check-in details. In fact, finally did receive this email on checkout day, 6 days later. I tried to contact the property numerous times using both the phone number and email contact provided by Booking. com. Both were obsolete. Had to go to restaurant across the street to sit in warmth and figure out how to reach the property. Once I did, they texted me the info and I was finally able to access the property.

I am not gonna lie i was kind of ready to be disappointed because of some reviews. But I think this experience showed something that a lot of lodgments do not abide to – which is “listen to the complaints of customers and do better” The room was clean and looked exactly like the images. The roads were quiet and maybe it was because it’s not summer but that was excellent. The location is also perfect for someone who wants to explore montreal (maybe not so if you dislike uphill walks haha). The check in and check out processes were also seamless and quick. I would definitely recommend this spot and will definitely be back again.

The negative reviews on this location are a little bit hyperbolic, I will agree that the bedframe was a little noisy, and it was easy to hear people walking around upstairs. I think that these suites would benefit enormously by upgrading their beds. The bedframe could go, and it would be significantly quieter. If you like a firm mattress these may be wonderful for you! I prefer a little bit softer, but the bed was definitely not uncomfortable. I think changing the frames and perhaps upgrading the mattress would benefit the comfort of this stay significantly. There was really not much I disliked about my stay here, my husband and I had a great time. You really cannot beat the location!!

Location was excellent it was a short walk from the Metro. Access instructions were very clear and these were easy to follow. We ate at a local Asian Fusion Restaurant almost opposite the entrance, it was excellent. There was a local supermarket (less than 5 min walk) as we self catered 3 nights and for breakfasts. There is a coffee shop opposite which offers breakfasts (we did not try although the reviews were good.) There is a petrol station nearby for supplies of water, alcohol and snacks. We were staying for the Grand Prix and we could access the circuit via the metro in less than 30 mins. Facilities were good and it was all clean when we arrived. The sofa bed took a little working out but once you have done it once it seems easy after that. TV had local channels and also access to streaming services. There was enough crockery, utensils and pans to cook a meal for 4

Could have been more towels on arrival, we did ask for more and this was rectified quickly.

I absolutely love this place. I’ve never been disappointed. The units are always super clean. The furniture looks brand new. The bed is extremely comfortable and very well designed. I love the staff here. They’re so friendly and always there to help. The location is perfect. You’re in a quiet area but steps away from downtown Montreal, the Bell Center and also the Atwater market and the old port of MONTREAL. There are also cafés and restaurants all around. I recommend this place to anybody looking for a quality stay in a wonderful location.
