Staff were very friendly, helpful and made every effort to fulfil our needs. They gave us the rooms which were close to each other and upgraded one room for Queen size from Twin. We ran shot of some bread, as we checked in late and most of the shops closed, reception provided us with some bread slices to keep us going. They have EV Charges onsite and charge $15 for 10 hours (Level 2 Charger) Type J1772 from ChargePoint.

Nothing that I can think of to make things better. Probably one fast EV Charger onsite. The current one take a long time to charge.

Breakfast had several hot & cold options. The breakfast attendant did an excellent job of monitoring and cleanup. He was very friendly and helpful in offering information about our local event. Discounts offered at some local eateries. Convenient restaurant across the parking lot. Responsive to requests and allowed rate adjustment for CAA after arrival and booking through an online booking app.

Yappy dog across the hall. I get that pets are being treated almost as humans now but as a person with allergies, I'd be concerned about being in a room that was previously used by animals. I would hope that pet-friendly rooms are kept separate from regular rooms.

Stayed 2 nights (October 9 -10, 2023). Front desk staff are super friendly and very professional. The front desk staff spoke both French and English fluently (not always true when visiting Quebec/staying in hotels in Quebec...). I booked a room with 2 queen size beds. Beds were very comfortable. The room was very clean and well organized. Bathroom was also very clean. A/C worked very well. The room had a small fridge, microwave, coffee machine and TV. Paul, the gentleman who works in the dining area was exceptional. Very kind, professional and made my wife and I feel very welcome. Paul if you are reading this review...thank you again. And finally, the location of the hotel is very close to the highway, making it very easy to find. Likewise there is shopping mall less than 1 km from the hotel. There are also some restaurants adjacent to the hotel too.

Not really a complaint. More of an oddity. The elevator. Its more like a "service elevator" (and not a big deal because there are only 2 floors).

Good location for us, on route to Quebec City. Good value! Interesting town with a great water front area. Breakfast in the morning was good and offered a great variety of food items and the young men tending to the food were efficient and appeared to take pride in their work, kudos to them!

Appears to be an old Journeys End type hotel… although modernized still has carpeted rooms; which wasn’t very clean. Our bathroom had a mildewy type odour which may just have been the shower curtain?? a toilet that ran constantly and a bathroom fan that was excessively noisy; all issues that are easily fixed. Inspections more frequently by management would catch this stuff.

Clean room. Comfortable bed Phil in the breakfast area is amazing. Friendly and his sense of humor 🤣 love it. Front desk staff was professional and easily switched to English for the non French speaking guest. We were in town for a graduation from Canadian Military Basic Training and felt so welcome in the community.

The dead bolt on my room would not secure.

Loved the pool, it was crystal clear and warm. Room was beautiful, bed very comfortable, lots of pillows. Breakfast was good, a bunch of choices. Everyone at the front desk was very helpful

There was no coffee pods with the coffee machine in the room. The TV remote was absurd. I have never had a remote that required such knowledge to turn on the TV, and turn it off again. It was quirky to say the least.

Comfortable bed, very clean and cozy! It’s also directly across the road from a Boston Pizza where you can get discounts for staying at the hotel.

I struggled to get the bathtub working for a while, it did work though. The place was pretty loud, but that was no fault of the staff and it just happened to be a bad weekend for staying at a hotel.

Very clean ,amazing staff, Brandon Reception wow, for some one so young , he was amazing, kind,professional. Paul kitchen beautiful breakfast, so very clean so kind , helpful. Are vechile was stolen with out Brandon and Paul I don’t know how we would have of gotten through it! The rest of the staff amazing also

No microwave in rooms

This Hotel is close to the business area of my interest and therefore very convenient. Breakfast is good and with a nice and quite complete buffet.. Rooms are quite spacy and the shower is very good .... Nice the coffee machine in the room complete of the coffee and the teas.

The heating/conditioning system is very noisy and without any possible adjustment of the speed ... Only temperature. The room is with dated furniture, still fine, but looks old .... Breakfast with more fresh fruits would be nicer. Did ask for a 1h later check out but was possible only for card members ...

Rooms were clean and nicely decorated and the beds very comfortable.. staff were super friendly at checkin/out and during breakfast. Breakfast options were great- pancakes sausages boiled eggs cereal bagles fresh fruit yogurt and muffins. The pool was beautiful and very serene.
