Reception was very pleasant, very helpful, and very patient. Absolutely loved the pool, would love to see it open liner in the evening.

Unfortunately, a fuse was blown when we used two outlets, which should be checked as you should be able to use more than one at the same time. The night attendant was not very helpful. He wanted to charge us to have someone take a look at it. I believe this was something new to him as he appeared to be ethnic in origin and may not have the experience to deal with it. A teaching moment.

I was surprised. From the outside it looks basic, but it is quite the opposite. The front desk staff when I arrived was amazing. So helpful, kind, and personable. The room was beautiful. It had lovely and colorful art. The room was large and very clean. The bed was so comfortable. I loved the bathroom and walk in shower.

There wasn't a complimentary coffee station for guests.

Liked the new room and new toilet cause was high enough and easier to get up from it cause I have problems with my knees

Entering the shower is not fun cause turning on the water, received all cold water on me by the way the shower is situated Not fun and also I was expecting going in the pool but the hotel pool is in renovation, so no relaxing at the pool.

Our hotel room was bigger than I expected it to be and was very clean - I definitely feel like I got a good value for my money. Their website did say they were undergoing renovations, but we did not notice any construction during our stay. We also stopped by the in-hotel restaurant and had a lovely dinner. I would definitely go here again!

Didn't get to sample breakfast as I checked out prior to it being set out. The Front Desk staff and maid staff were superb as they got me into my room very early. I can't Thank them enough.

Traveling with a pet I would have rather had a room lower than the 8th floor, although my dog handled it with ease. My problem was getting her crate as it was probably larger than most people carry with them.

The room was quite spacious for all of us. We appreciated having the equipment such as microwave, fridge etc in the room.

There could be a few more liquid soap provided at the beginning, seeing it was 4 persons. Nonetheless it all worked out fine. Thank you

Rooms were newly renovated, very clearn. Staff was wonderful and welcoming. Allowed me to work in a nook before my room was ready.

Location isn't great for someone without a vehicle - but you can make do on foot.

Excellent location. Great view on the 8th floor

Washroom taps needed to be updated. Shower was unable to be regulated and water was hot. People could get burned. Hot water tap on sink was very stiff and unable to be regulated as well. Sink was stained.

Close access to highway and quick drive to Montreal. Also liked the toiletries in bathroom.

Wi-fi was spotty.

The breakfast was good although a little expensive.

It was unfortunate that the hotel was undergoing renovations so we couldn't use the pool.
