I liked that it was an enormous place to stay at. It was close to the metro (which we used all the time during our stay). It was walkable to a big park.

It was the garbage bins that greeted you the moment you enter the premises before you get up the stairs. Every time you’re near the staircase, it reeks of garbage smell.

Incredible location! The Charlevoix train station is only a block away and right across from a delightful Laotian restaurant. If you head to the left when you leave the place, the street is full of gems - restaurants, bars, chocolate shops, vintage/thrift stores.

The check-in process through the app was complicated and a little confusing, especially since I was asked to complete a verification process that involved either a $300 CAD hold or $75 CAD payment, when it was time to check-in and check-out. Also, there should be a note that there's no elevator in this building and you'll need to climb the stairs to get to the apartments, in addition to the entrance needing some work (ratty carpet and a big divot in the metal grating when you first walk in)

This property is located above a Dollarama store on Centre Street in Montreal. The entrance is beside the store. There are stairs to the second floor and there are five units in the building. The entry was seamless - codes were provided. The suite we had was large and well laid out. I appreciated the hangers in the closet. The bathroom was nice with a fancy shower. We paid $25 per day for parking which was located behind the Dollarama store. I was concerned that it might not be the safest location because there are dumpsters nearby and people were going down the alley to check out the dumpsters - but there are cameras and it all worked out fine. There is a lovely cafe (Cafe Florence) down the street and other nice restaurants nearby. We also appreciated being so close to the Metro.

Unfortunately the towel 'rack' was not at all useful and there were no hooks in the bathroom to hang up anything. Also, the toilet paper holder on the side of the sink did not work well - the toilet paper kept falling off. Also, the icecube tray was of low quality and ended up shattering.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I love to walk so the location was perfect for me. I got to visit Verdun, Atwater, and St-Henri all by foot. There are lots of great places to get necessities, e.g., dollar stores, groceries, pharmacies, and the metro station. The unit was clean, had everything to feel at home, and the bed was comfortable. The check-in and out instructions were also very straightforward.

Somethings that they should consider improving include the poor design of the shower door in the bathroom, patio, and their communication etiquette. Be ready to mop water because no matter the shower head option you use, that bathroom floods. Made showering very frustrating. Not sure how the other units were but the shower in my unit was a problem. The patio is also useless since there is no furniture. Looks to be the same for all their units. Also, the checkout confirmation text could be a little more polite.

Spacious and quiet apartment with large living room to hang with friends. There is a nice desk that very helpful because we had to do some work on the trip. Bathroom is nice, clean, spacious with seperate bath, shower and heat. Location is good with meat shop, groceries, convinience store, beer shop; 900m to Awater Market and a Super C supermarket just on the opposite. Metro station is 100m nearby.

There is no lift so we had to carry our luggages to the apartment by stairs.

The property was very quiet convenient and spacious, with a huge bathroom and phenomenal closet space. The kitchen was large and although it had the bare bones basics-was also very clean and spacious…but since the location is next door to a Dollarama - that helped a lot. —being less than a block from the metro or train was definitely a plus as we utilized that a lot to get around. —it was also very easy to get food deliveries at the property. —the air condition worked phenomenally well especially since there weather was very hot and humid.

—The couch/sofa should be replaced with something newer and not so low to the ground. —There should be some outdoor patio furniture so you can sit out without getting a splinter from the untreated wood. —Staff should know how long guests are staying and accommodate them with extra dish washer pods or laundry pods and extra trash bags, etc. —Supplying basic needs like sugar and creamer for the coffee would have been great. —it would also be helpful if there were other or more options of English channels on the television to watch. Or have clear explicit instructions on how to mirror or screen share from tablet or smartphone

There were a few items damaged from previous visits which led to minor concerns about getting blamed. But we documented everything and communicated with management and there were no problems. We couldn't get the TV to work in the living room, which was frustrating. We loved the location and the apartment was comfortable. This is our second stay and we will not hesitate to stay again.

It was a very big place it felt very comfortable! the shower and bath tub so nice!

Can’t really tell from the outside that it was a hotel and also the garbage at the front needs an automatic air freshener

Excellent place to stay. Near the metro station Charlevoix made all the difference. Very very clean. Everything was very nice. Bath, internet, bed, spacious place Excellent support from Gael. IGA supermarket two blocks away. An excellent coffee shop on same block. We had a wonderful stay.

Great location close to metro station and supermarket. Private bathroom and full kitchen. Parking close by (paid extra), not covered or watched, but seemed safe enough.

Very bright early in the morning - no way to darken the curtains or skylight. $300 damage deposit the morning of arrival was a surprise, thinking I already paid everything ahead of time. A bit noisy with neighbors and not soundproof to the hallway.
