The staff was very responsive and courteous for every concerns. This location was great and convenient for visiting Montreal and nearby areas. Our experience of staying was great.

The parking was a bit concern during our stay, because there wasn't any parking available within this premise. Also, the street parking was limited around the neighborhood.

The bedrooms and the bathroom were nice and clean. Has a comfortable sofa. Come with a table and chairs and some eating utensils. The location was very convenient for my needs and was the main reason I chose this place.

That it has large store-front like windows exposed to Ave Du Parc, thus compromising the privacy. Also, the stairs are steep. Didn't know how to use the A/C. Also rooms have insufficient outlets.

It was near a bus stop. There were appliances including a small fridge. The host left a lot of information about the area and ideas for transit, etc. There was nothing fancy about it - but it had what you would need (except maybe a coat rack.)

It would have been nice to meet a person when I arrived - especially since I timed my arrival to coincide with the time I said I would arrive. I was not expecting a code box. (What if something had gone wrong and didn't have access to the codes?)

it had everything we needed

it was very noisy and loud. we constantly had smokers outside the patio doors all night long and were loud. we also witnessed a street fight at 6 am the morning we left, February 12, 2023. there was 5 young men and they were trying to throw a young man into traffic. this happened outside the front entrance while we were leaving. These same individuals were also roaming through the loft all night long. it was very scary for me.

The location is great, we could prepare breakfast ourselves

complicated self-checkin and the refrigerator did not cool and was freezing. We couldn't have breakfast in the morning because our food was frozen.

Nice comfortable. Very nice equipped with all my needs.

Bulb in bedroom, on top of the mirror, did not work. So we couldn't get dressed properly. Mattress was used. Not comfortable. Location wasn't like District the block away. Was a little poor house.

It’s very clean and spacious. Inside is very family/friendly environment-clean. The service is very outstanding! Communication is 100%. Very satisfied.

City of Montreal needs to hire people to pick up the garbage when the snow melts.
