Location was great, building and unit were very easy to get into with keypad. Unit was clean and modern and comfortable - a great size for a group our size.

Poor communication leading up to check in. I'd reached out with a number of questions that were just never answered. I didn't even get check-in details until I called them myself the day of, 2 hours before check-in.

Apartment was spacious, clean and bright. Great location to explore Montreal on foot or public transit. Mile End/Plateau neighbourhoods have endless intetesting shops, cafés and restaurants. Was just steps from the Rialto theatre where we had tickets to a show which was main reason for the trip.

Few small things could be improved. No bed-side lights in main bedroom, no clothes hanging Rod in main bedroom closet.

Central Location. Staff were helpful . Walking in the area allowed to sense the vibe of the city. Warm people. New pleasant experiences.

The apartment was clean. The beds are king size and very comfortable.

They have really worn out and dirty towels. If staying here bring towels. We did a laundry of all towels. Few towels were worn out with big holes.

I Loved the location, its in a very calm neighborhood. Yet, close to the park and in front of a bus stop. The apartment was perfect and comfortable to get back to after walking all day. I would come back to this apartment.

I loved the apartment. It was decorated in a modern way very clean and cozy.i could have stayed forever. The staff were so helpful and accommodating, and the coffee and pastry place in same building. Wow best bagels ever. I will be back

No electricity in building apon arrival. No elevator

Great value and location. Easily hosted 8 adults (though two people were in bunk beds). Great views, rooftop terrace, and hot tub!

Could have been cleaner, furniture showing age (couch had significant staining). Was hoping hot tub would be to typical temp (100-104ºF), but was in low 90s upon arrival.

We did not use the breakfast service. The location was appropriate - not far from the event I was attending later that day.

I heard the occupants on the third floor, banging on the floor at 1 AM. It disturbed my sleep.

Sofa was a bit old and dirty, had to ask for toilet paper as one of the toilet was empty.

Roomy accommodations for 4 in a great and interesting part of town with walking distance to many restaurants, bars, grocery stores, etc., and near to a metro station. And the outdoor deck which has an amazing view on the city.
