I loved the quasi-hostel/quasi-motel feel to the place. The bed was, undoubtedly, one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in! Loved it. Location to the Cafe/boulangerie was perfect. Hubby liked tables/chairs available almost like a restaurant where we could make coffee, etc.

We had trouble getting in as we have no cell phone to call to advise we had arrived. We are in the minority and realize that but suggest wifi info also be indicated with the phone number so contact can still be made.

Convenient location and parking. Appreciated access to a kitchen with coffee and tea. Would have appreciated the cookie jar being refreshed with more cookies. I also suggest proving tongs so that guests can reach for a cookie without

Nice rooms and a room to have breakfast. The balcony was a nice spot for relaxing.

It was a very hot day and there was no air conditioning which made sleeping a bit difficult. The portable fan helped a bit but an overhead would have been better.

Spacious and clean room, nice location, the bed is comfortable and you will have too pillows (one soft and one hard ❤️👍)

The location of Chez Rose Belaid was fantastic, because you could literally walk everywhere! We parked our car and never used it again until we were ready to leave. The rooms are very simple, so if you want fancy and high-class, this is not your place. It was clean, the bed was comfy, as were the pillows, and the water pressure in the shower was great! (I hate staying in places with crappy water pressure.)

It would have been nice to have had someone on the property for when we needed something. You do have the ability to text with the proprietors, but no one really in person. The bathroom definitely needs some hooks to hang towels and to hang the hand towel. Just a note that may bother some people: If you cannot speak French, don't bother turning on the TV, as there were no English speaking channels. We didn't find that to be a problem, but some people might.

Unknown to us the sitting area/kitchen was going through a reno and the smell from the stain used on the floor made this area unusable. Using the fan in our bathroom brought the fumes into our room.
