The pullout double bed is a real bed and very comfortable for our teenagers. The room is spacious and the private balcony is excellent. Location is within 1 minute walk to the town center. We booked a 3rd floor room but it was on the bottom floor, a French way of telling?

No daily cleaning. Booking customer service went completely silent and inresponsive when we complained our room cost 100 dollars more booked via booking.com while my sister in law booked the room next to us directly with the hotel.

room was a bit basic. rather than a proper duvet cover there were sheets covering the duvet. while it’s not the first time I’ve come across this I find it unsanitary as the sheets often come off the duvet in the night leaving the duvet exposed and in contact with me. the was a small kitchen but nothing to wash dishes with. the room was on two levels which was nice, but the downside is that there wasn’t much space to sit and chat in the downstairs living room.

Hotel Plante is the perfect place to stay in Gaspé! The room was large with a comfy bed, it overlooked the river, and the hotel was close to just about everything. We could walk to so many different places, and we did! It was also handy having a laundry room to use, as this was right in the middle of our trip, so it was nice to be able to wash our clothing. (The cost of each load was reasonable, too.)

The only thing I didn't like was the shower. It was huge, which was awesome, but there was literally no where to put any of our personal toiletries. We had to place everything on the floor, which isn't a big deal, but it would have been nice to have a shelf or two in which to place our own things.

The room was perfectly clean and within 100 feet of the best shopping in Gaspé. The bed was comfortable. Hot water was plentiful in a huge shower. There was a table and chairs and a kitchen in the room. The kitchen had a European style boiling teapot. Very nice. Parking was plentiful.

I thought the sink and countertop in the kitchen in the room was really high when I first used it, but it turns out that I liked the countertop high better than the height I am used to at home.

The room was beautifully clean, quiet for sleeping and was a great base for our 3 day stay! Whilst we didn’t end up using the pool & spa it was also very well maintained. I was also very grateful for the laundry as we had been travelling for a while & needed to wash & dry clothes. Location was central to our needs for the restaurants, Pâtisserie and supermarket. Staff were attentive and spoke to us in English as we speak little French! Fresh towels & room cleaning was done when asked for.

Only a minor thing - I had booked a room on the 3rd floor but found the 3rd floor was actually the lowest floor! There were no lifts so we had to carry suitcases down stairs! Probably my fault for not checking. It also meant we didn’t get as good a view.

Toured the Gaspe Peninsula and this was our favorite hotel/motel. The decor and set-up of our room was clearly well thought out, making the stay seem of high quality despite the reasonable cost. Our balcony was large and private, with the sun rising in front of us. The pool area was beautiful. Everything was spotless and clean. The location was perfect to walk downtown to shops and restaurants. I would highly recommend!!

Nothing, we loved our stay!

Apart from the fact that their staff are friendly, they are honest and truly look after the value of their clients. I totally forgot my jewelleries when I and my family checked out, and got to realized 8 hours later. Called right away the hotel and they searched for my jewelleries with all their might. I thought I will never get it back but they reached me again confirming that their staff found it in the laundry. How wonderful to have stayed in such a SAFE hotel with kind and honest staff.

Great view of Gaspe, we really enjoyed the pool and hot tub, the motel is on top of a hill overlooking Gaspe and Forillon National Park. The room was very clean and the staff were helpful. Great location, close to the downtown area and shops. Great place to stop if your exploring Forillon National Park, only a short drive.

The room was spacious, clean with hardwood floors. It has a good location overseeing the bay. It is also close to restaurants and shopping. It has fitness room and also an indoor swimming pool, though I didn't use that.

The nightly rate is higher in comparison to similar properties.

Location was good had great views. Nearby good restaurants and an amazing bakery. Room was clean and tidy, pool area, laundry room everything was clean and accessible. Staff was courteous. Very close to birthplace of Canada.

Room was small for 4 other two had to adjust on a sofa cum bed. TV had no Internet connection. Just few things to make it more comfortable. Overall good experience.
