Everything was clean and comfortable, and the sea view was truly amazing. Located directly at the end of the boardwalk, with an easy walk to most things in town. Breakfast at the restaurant was good.

If you’re over 6 feet tall the shower can feel a little small, but it was clean and the water was nice and hot.

Great location in the heart of Perce near everything with great views of Perce Rock. We were able to access everything the town has to offer easily from the motel. There was an issue with construction noise but the staff quickly relocated us to a quieter room.

The motel is situated on both sides of the street, but only the seaside rooms have the great views. Something to keep in mind when booking. Dining is very expensive everywhere.

The hotel was excellent, and we were surprised it only had a 2-star rating. The lication was perfect with a view on the Roche from the window. Straight on the boardwalk. The restaurant on the side was good and very convenient. Also with a view of the Rock! Even though when we arrived late and the keys were missing, the owner was there in 3 minutes to let us in. Nice shower.

Only one coffee bag to make coffee. Not enough for the 4 adults we were.

Location, resturaunts

No outlets in room to charge phones, letter about having to pay for towels, etc. If they were stained seemed a bit rude. Have never seen that in a room. The room was very clean. bed was comfortable, location was quiet, and the view was spectacular.

I was amazed at the view from the room...the booking.com said there was a Seaview...from the room window, there was Perce Rock.

The rooms was booked for 4 adults but only had two bath towels. Perhaps an oversight.

It was very cute, clean and the restaurant next door was delicious! It had a GREAT view and was just a few steps away from the boardwalk.

Soundproofing in the rooms could be better, we could hear our neighbours' conversations through the walls word for word. We turned on the provided aircon/fan to drown out the noise and slept just fine :)

The room full equiped was very new. Clean, confortable beds and up-to-date bathroom. The room was across the street from the boardwalk. Nothing to complaint except they could have add a table to sit to go with the 4 available chairs.

The Wifi is free ( with no Password ) but Data was not available most of the time, it was jumping on my Cell Mobile Data. Adding a more private Wi-Fi would be more secure first and avoid having unavailable Data access.

Great location and friendly staff. However rooms on the first floor especially close to the road could be a bit noisy at night.

The location is wonderful with beautiful views of the water.

The dinner menu was quite pricy. We ended up driving a town over to get dinner instead.

Very comfortable bed. Good location on the water side of the highway with a great view of Percé Rock (from second floor rooms).

Minor quibble, but I had a bit of a job finding an unused electrical outlet for the coffee-maker; had to put it on the floor.
