The room was very nice! The bed was comfortable and big, and the sink in the room is very practical with shared bathrooms. AC works great. The common spaces were squeaky clean. Excellent location. Easy checkin/out. Had a pleasant stay and would go back again.

Narrow staircases, not ideal with large luggage. Wifi was a bit slow. Some noise in the streets during the evening but quiet at night. Earplugs at your disposal within the room which is a nice touch.

Location is perfect. Right downtown close to the train station and lots of restaurants. Bed was comfortable. It was quiet and very clean. There’s a small kitchen area you can use with a microwave, kettle and fridge Adriana was VERY helpful when I suddenly needed an extra night and they were full. She found me another place that worked out great!

Pretty good location, with a free parking for your vehicule at the restaurant. Great as a base for many daily road trips if needed as well. Air condionner will be loud, however, they do provide you with earplugs. Great overall

I will definitely be coming back! First off, the bed was SO comfortable. Check in was easy and the rooms were adorable and cozy. The host was amazing. She went out of her way to get my ice since I hurt my knee and help me with my laundry. It was truly above and beyond my expectations!

Excellent location, super comfortable bed, staff were friendly and helpful, homey feel, restaurant was excellent too! There is a mini fridge on each floor if you need to keep anything fresh and coffee machines in the rooms (Keurig).

It's very vintage, may not be to everyone's taste (it was fine for me but anyone expecting a modern room or setup may be disappointed!), There are shared bathrooms on each floor (which I knew before coming and was fine with - the pricing reflects this), but again it might not be for everyone.

They do not have any staff and we didn’t get the code to get into the building. Had to call 4 numbers to get in touch with someone to get the access code

Perfect space for some time spent alone to nourish the soul. The accomodation was great and the staff extremely responsive. Beautiful central location.

Situated right downtown. Very clean and it was quiet even though it is above a restaurant.

We were not told that we only had access to the room after 4 pm.

Quiet, clean, comfortable, inexpensive, good restaurant on site, central location. A good inexpensive place in the center of town.

No breakfast on site, but I went to an excellent place in les Halles - only a few blocks away. No dedicated parking (not a major issue)
