Fantastic staff. Everyone.we met was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The room furnishings were first class and the restaurants’ food was excellent.

The air conditioning system did not seem to work right. When we arrived, the room was almost uncomfortably cold, but during the night, it got quite warm and the AC controller did not react when I tried to reset it to a cooler temp. My wife and I both had problems sleeping because of the high room temp.

Clean room, well equipped. Calm place. Good location to visit Saguenay area.

Staff was lost with charging a different credit card than the one used for the reservation. I actually was fully charged but they were able to refund me and charge another credit card. This was needed for me to split cost with the persons I was travelling with.

The staff, the beds, the cleanliness and the view of the majestic rivière Saguenay.

There was no hairdryer in the room.

Stunning view, nice staff, large room. Liquid soap in shower and good wifi.

Only minor: facilities (pieces of furniture, bed, coffee machine,etc..) are cheap and hair-dryer missing. Also, everyhing (e.g. towel, and number of coffee pods) was setup for two people although we were three. Staff fixed it immediately though. Outside parking.

Your bed and pillows were amazing. We arrived via motorcycle so applicable parking would be nice group of 12 bikes

Can't say enough good things. Had an excellent stay. Amazing room, staff were so helpful and friendly. I bet it's the nicest in the city. Book it, you'll love it!

While the room was a bit small, it had very high ceilings, so it didn't feel cramped. It was clean and had everything that we needed. Bonus the window opened. We especially liked the small bars of handmade soap. Nice touch. The location was perfect being at the corner of the main street with lots of restaurants. This was our favourite accommodation on our 8 day trip.

The hotel exit to the parking lot opens directly onto the drive for cars, entering the parking lot. This is rather dangerous. When you enter the hotel the stairs are a bit of a surprise.
