The breakfast was hype.Lit pool that was good for swimming. Nice sleep masks; very comfortable and good for tuning out the hairdryer. The shower head, for some reason, witch felt like getting rained on, but nice. That shower was fire 🔥 Overall very nice.

Interesting location. It wasn’t really near anything, but it wasn’t horrible. Also the parking lot wasn’t paved. :(

Excellent modern hotel with fabulous spa. Great facilities including free self service laundry. Large room with extra comfy bed....the best I have slept in 2 weeks! Large modern shower with extra jets and large fluffy towels. Boefish restaurant attached to hotel is really nice..best to book. Great cocktails! The spa has excellent facilities and was not too busy so you can enjoy the peace and relaxation. We booked the room that included access anytime which was good value. Breakfast had a good choice and variety at the buffet. They kindly sent on our IPad which my husband left behind!!

Breakfast was a bit manic with queues at the buffet which was squashed into a small area. We had to wait for fruit and bread to be replenished. The area surrounding the hotel is basically a shopping mall so don't expect views. This did not bother us as we were there for the spa.

Modern and fresh, interesting concept with adjacent day spa. The hotel and room was a convenient option for our journey. We wished we had more time to take advantage of the lovely looking pools/spa area outdoors. Reception staff were excellent.

It was a little odd that hotel guests would traverse the lobby area in their bathrobes to get to the spa entrance (think business travelers’ hotel set in a commercial strip with big sliding glass doors to the parking lot, not a serene luxury resort lobby). The on-site restaurant was a real disappointment - worst meal we had over 5 nights in Quebec - kind of like taking a TGI Fridays and putting a pretentious varnish on top to seem upscale, but done by amateurs that don’t know what true quLity is - upselling efforts at every turn, uninspiring menu, and mediocre execution.

Everything. Highlight was a superb breakfast every day. Top shelf bedding, house coats and slippers for the pool were very helpful. Fridge in the room but no microwave. Not a problem, two microwaves are with the ice machine on the floor.

The most accessible parking lot on one side is gravel. Not a favorite of mine as we have a brand new car. Parking on the other side made it quite a trek but it is paved. Construction in front of the hotel was noisy. Nothing they can do about that.

Room large and comfortable Spa - inside and outside superb Breakfast goo Location - it's on a main drag out of the city - with malls etc around it. Location could be better (i.e. if closer to city) so car dependent - but hotel itself makes up for the location

Restaurant was closed when we wanted to eat there due to 'IT failure' and we were recommended a nearby eatery which was dreadful. Location not good - unless you want to be on a highway surrounded by malls and shops

Amazing breakfast included, comfortable and very clean room, dogs allowed (and treats waiting for them in the room - what a nice attention), Nespresso pods/machine and tea in the room, pool and jacuzzi for the kids

It is somewhat misguiding to promote the spa and garden as part of the hotel if it’s independently managed and that not all guesses can have access to it - I believe it should be made explicite on the website that kids under 16 can’t access the garden and spa. I might have made different selection have I known that I wouldn’t have access to the garden with them. There isn’t much room or benches to sit on while waiting/supervising the kids in the pool. This could be a nice addition - even more so because it’s adjacent to the wonderful hammocks and chairs in the garden, that we can’t access with kids.

Room was very nice with a great bed. Linens, towels, etc. were 1st class. No trouble from noise and got a good nights sleep. Breakfast was excellent and included in the room rate. All the usual hot and cold items were available plus there was a counter for freshly made eggs to order - omelette, fried, etc. Pool was lovely with a couple of hot tubs as well. For an extra fee there was also a great looking spa should you wish to indulge. Ate in the hotel restaurant one evening and wasn't disappointed. Great steaks. Staff all very helpful.

A wonderful place for both relaxing and active holidays. The beds are comfortable, and everything is spotlessly clean. The large spa area is fantastic, and the breakfasts are delicious, with high-quality food and a good variety. It’s best to reserve a table in the restaurant for dinner in advance, as it’s a very popular spot. Overall, I had a great experience and would love to come back!

Never had a better welcome, thanks Alicia, Regis and a very special mention to Gilles. You were amazing! The facilities are excellent (loved the spa) and so is the breakfast. Didn’t try the restaurant but got great recommendations for a couple of restaurants next door and in town. Good location for the fjords area and Lac St Jean. Highly recommend!

Everything. Room was comfortable and quiet with a view over the spa area. The spas and sauna were great. The restaurant was very good and they were able to accommodate us despite not having made a reservation. All the staff were very helpful and friendly.

The location in a box store zone is not ideal, but we were there for the spas so it didn't really matter.
