It was an amazing stay! The room was super comfortable and everything was just within reach. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of! It was a delightful experience!

I found it a little odd that there was no phone to connect to the main building, and my room just happened to be the one where you have to go outside to get to the reception. Other than that there wasn’t really anything that stuck out other than perhaps the parking on the upper level… It’s kind of scary because there’s no fence at certain point and it’s just a drop straight down, The laneway is extremely narrow and many cars that had pulled in forward, were backing up all the way down the hill and around the bend just to get onto the main drag (street).

Room was fantastic, well equipped with a beautiful view. The common area is great and the breakfast was a great deal, very fresh.

The outdoor spa area was a bit dirty with cigarette butts, cups and trash even in the morning. The staff seem overworked but are super helpful when you can find them!

Pleasantly surprised by this lovely stay. The room was great and the staff were so nice. Was on a trip solo with my toddler and so REALLY appreciated the access to netflix and youtube and the pool, didn't get to try out the hot tubs but excited to do that next time when I'm not alone with the little one (who didn't want to go to the tubs). Although it was a beginning of winter dreary weather time of year where we didn't really get to take advantage of all the amenities and surroundings I can tell that it must be amazing during warmer times with the beach view and access and access to indoor and outdoor tubs and pool.

The Keurig coffee maker in our room was fussy and didn't work but to be honest it actually got us to go to the reception where they offered free coffee and were so lovely with my child while we relaxed in the lounge "playing" chess. So it actually was a nice blessing in disguise!

Location was great! Access to beach nearby! Hot tubs and pool! Amazing view from the hotel!

No food options nearby whereas some other hotels on the same street have their own patio bars / restaurants. Outdated look and furniture. Bugs in the hotel room and very creaky floors. Hot/cold indicator on shower was super sensitive.

How friendly everyone is.

I didn't like that I was put in a room with a very small bathroom that we couldn't even wash our face and the shower was in a closet, but when I went to see the reception they gave us another room with an upgrade.

The bath in the room, the room was big the bed was comfortable with the vibrations in it. The view from the room was beautiful. All the spas outside was perfect for a couple.

The parking situation. Not a lot of room but manageable.

Everything was super great. The staff were supportive. The room was cleaned. The bed was awesome with the nee massage system. The spa, pool and beach were more than perfect. Amazing place. Thank you a lot

Been there other times. And will go back for sure. Nice and quiet even though between midnight and one am a couple was arguing very loud and woke us up but that isn't the Hotel fault.
